Bounty Hunter has become my favorite liquid. I find it more satisfying than all others I've tried. I also prefer it to Bounty Hunter, which I found less multifarious. Taste is taste, subjective by definition. One can give any reason, or any number of reasons, for liking or despising a flavor, but it will be merely your subjective opinion in the end.

Wouldn't be nice if the only people who answered actually had something intelligent or constructive to add? Let's help keep ECF a kind place where people can share and seek information without being talked down to.

Anywho.......on another thread someone suggested the flavor I'm detecting is turkish tobacco. I think that is a good possibility and I'm going to go back and read up on the juices that have "that" underlying tone that doesn't agree with me and see if they are all turkish.

Thanks for helping!

Casablanca by BWB has a magnificent turkish tobacco base.

Thought I would share this just in case anyone else was interested. I e-mail NLV and asked if they use tobacco absolute and here is their answer:

"No, none of our current e-liquids contain Tobacco Absolute, however we are working on a future version (variation) of our Line Rider tobacco that will contain Tobacco Absolute. But it will not be available for a while. Maybe in May."

So now I'm (very impatiently) waiting for them to start accepting orders again so I can figure out if it is ta or turkish that I don't care for.

* News Flash *… NLV does not have a dedicated “single base” tobacco flavor that is used straight across our menu of tobacco e-liquids. Surprisingly enough, each one of our tobacco e-liquids contain independent tobacco “flavorings” that have been sourced here in the USA and are used by almost every e-liquid vendor who make claim to USA made e-liquids. Some vendors will create a “house blend” of some of these flavorings and crown it their “base flavor” which is then used in all or most of their tobacco e-liquid recipes/creations.

Our “house blend” ( NLV GOLD ) stands by itself and is not used in the creation any of our other tobacco e-liquids.

Currently we do not use Tobacco Absolute in our products. Though as previously mentioned, we are working on a variation of Line Rider that will have a very small percentage of Tobacco Absolute in the recipe. LRV2 is currently being beta tested and may or may not be added to our menu depending on the outcome.

As most of us know, taste is so very subjective from one person to another and can be further intensified by the wide variety of equipment (voltage, atomizers, cartomizers, etc) being used by each individual along side personal preference. Our taste buds can change overtime or become numb to certain flavors/e-liquids if used frequently. A perfect example is this thread, created by someone who initially tried our Bounty Hunter.

Got my order in today for Bounty Hunter and Vanilla straight. Tried both of them and quite disappointed. The BH is very peppery to me, and the vanilla straight has a very strong and defined tone of maple for me for some reason. They are going in the closet for a week. Hopefully steeping will bring out the better side of them. :(

Wasn't aware this thread was still going. The more I vaped BH, the more I fell in love. It's now up there as my go-to juice. Vanilla straight still gives me that maple undertone. I don't know why..

Thanks for the info, Gene! :)

hello, hello, hello... hope all is well down south. I mean from where I sit (IA), that makes you a Southern gal.

It's cold and wet up here right now and I could really use some warm sunshine this weekend. But, it doesn't look like that's in the forecast this weekend. Oh well, time to drag out the heat lamp. Have a good weekend. :toast:

Well not to worry... if you end up in IA over the weekend inside a house that lands on the witch of the Midwest, I'll be happy to give you a ride back home in my balloon. I'll even let you drive. :D

I don't know if it's just me but when I first tried bounty hunter I was expecting a more tobacco dominate flavor with some sweet undertones. I've tried letting it steep for weeks on end and all I ever get is a very sweet "vanillay" cake batter taste. Ehh it's not for me without a stronger tobacco taste. Luckily my wife loves cake batter so this is her go to vape!

On the other hand line rider is by far my favorite juice from them. Amazing! And the price? You just can't beat it anywhere.

Actually, you have just described Bounty Hunter perfectly. The majority of Bounty Hunter fans get the very same results with a very "lite hint" of tobacco in the background. :vapor:

I'm glad you enjoy Line Rider... it is one of our top sellers. Bounty Hunter has a seductive affect overtime (not on everybody), but just as the OP of this thread has said... "The more I vaped BH, the more I fell in love. It's now up there as my go-to juice."

If you are not a fan of vanilla or sweet flavors, no amount of steeping will bring the tobacco flavor in Bounty Hunter to the front lines.

Thanks for your purchase and review... I appreciate everyone's business and input.

@Gene - Thanks for the info. It is very useful and I wish more vendors would be willing to disclose such information. When you say that some vendors will make "house blend" and use it as their "base flavor", if it contains TA would that "base flavor" only be used in tobacco juice or would it be used even in their fruit or sweet juices also?

Also you need to send Eleanor a free bottle of Gold because she has told me many times how fab your juices are and has convinced me to get some. I am now so excited to try some that if you don't have any BH, Gold and Twilite available Monday I will be forced to come to yours or Eleanor's house and steal your personal stashes!!!
