Hubbie and I are looking for someplace to move in a few years and last summer we spent a few days in VA. It is just beautiful! We really liked the vibe of Charlottseville the best and possibly Roanoke. We plan to look around VA some more and then probably NC.

Ah, the beautiful Piedmont and Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Sigh. I lived in Charlottesville a few decades ago (they call it "God's Green Acre"), and I have family in Roanoke to this day. Seeing as how you're in Rochester, you might like C'ville better (it's more cosmopolitan because of UVA, but it's also more snobby and over-priced-- same reason.) Both places are politically quite liberal, although Roanoke has a higher percentage of "true Virginians" who tend to be conservative -- I don't know if any of that matters to you or not.

You might also seek out Richmond, VA -- I lived and LOVED IT there. Wherever you might end up, be it VA or NC, if you are a life-long New Yorker, be prepared for some serious culture shock.

I have almost 5 full bottles each of MrsT's and BWB I'd swap. Funny how much people's taste varies! But variety is what the world and people most interesting to me!

NLV is starting taking orders again tomorrow and I'm afraid to risk my cards anymore!!! If I have time I'm going to run out and get a throw away cc to use for online purchases. If not, I'll have to wait until after work tomorrow and with my luck they'll run out of everything by then because so many people are waiting to order. First off, I too am a big Vanilla fan, and think you might love either/both NLV's Vanilla Strait OR Bounty Hunter.

Secondly -- that's HORRIBLE about your credit cards!!! Definitely get some pre-paid CCs at Walmart or someplace; I've read where lots of people are now using them for on-line purchases because of the recent up-tick in CC fraud.

I've used prepaid cards for online purchases for many years, but I've noticed that some vendors do not accept them for whatever reason. If they don't accept prepaid, I move on to another vendor.

The incident where our site went down over the Easter weekend had nothing to do with hackers. We are hosted by 1and1.com and they had technical glitches with their servers which caused a temporary outage for very many of their customers. We have been with them for over a year and half and virtually never have had a problem. They restored our E-shop and website rather quickly considering the circumstances.

Our credit card processor is Authorized.net, one of the most trusted and secure processors in the online business. It's easy to check their credentials and history as well.

Unauthorized charges to your card could possibly be from purchases made before you purchased from us. If credit card information is ever stolen... chances are the hacks will "wait" a while before they ever try to use it.

@Gene - Thanks for the info. It is very useful and I wish more vendors would be willing to disclose such information. When you say that some vendors will make "house blend" and use it as their "base flavor", if it contains TA would that "base flavor" only be used in tobacco juice or would it be used even in their fruit or sweet juices also?

It's possible... anything is possible, but I personally haven't experimented with adding it to other flavorings besides tobaccos. Tobacco Absolute has a very distinct smell and taste to it. Just a touch of it in most e-liquids makes it noticeable, at least to me. To much of it and your e-liquids can end up all tasting the same.

One was definitely NOT from a vaping vendor and one MAY have been. I did not and will not name them. I have spoken with them privately. Please people, my intention was not to cause any harm. I only wanted people to be smart with their cc and identity because hacking is a huge proglem EVERYWHERE. I didn't realize this would cause problems. From now on I will just keep my mouth shut!

Matter of fact I got up extra early today so I could order from NLV who does have a safe site so I'm not concerned with them at all. I'm actually waiting and hoping they open before I have to leave for work..............

Hello Sandy. I actually tried both the Line Rider and Twilite.

My top 3 right now are VS, Gold, and BH. Line Rider is probably my fourth favorite with its' subtle peanut taste.

Unfortunately the Twilite is not for me, as I'm not into non-sweet flavors at the moment. Ironically, Gene's sweet juices have a lot to do with this I think it's very good juice though.

I know one of the CC processors got hacked recently. I am pretty sure it wasn't Authorize.net but can't remember exactly which one. Also since it was diabetic supplies bought this could be nothing more than a processing error. I have had my debit card hacked 2 times and once a bank error caused some charges that weren't mine. They issued my card number to someone else

After my problems I only do business with vendors who use the top processors since it is typically the smaller processors that get hacked and then they try to cover it up instead of letting the public know.

NLV uses one of the best and their site security seems to be up to date always so I have no fear shopping with them
