Nitecore authorisation code

i never did it on my old charger but I put the code of my new charger into nitecore and the link doesn't look as if it's working. After I have input everything I can see a small zero appear on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
The little qr code on my iPod says 'no pass available for this code'.

Have I got a fake charger?

Before I even checked all that I already have put some 490s in because I want them.
Shall I abort?

I went to the Nitecore site and it looks like you must email the code for verification. Did you find that using the QR code it can be done without a wait?

I got a new D4 about a month ago, and the only way I saw to check the validation code is what Steve mentioned. I filled out the little form, hit submit, and found a confirmation email when I checked my email about an hour later. Are you saying that the form isn't working, or are you trying to enter the number somewhere else on their site?

I never thought about authenticating my charger and didn't know it even had a scratch off. Being that I purchased it from a reputable supplier I never thought about authenticity but because of this thread and the link I came across about counterfeits I might just send the email. I got mine from imrbatteries.com, so I wasn't too surprised when the email verified its authenticity. Roger is just too cool, isn't he?

Yes I got mine from Liion so not questioning it's authenticity but I figure what the heck why not check? I do it for everything else!

So I sent the authentication email and immediately received a registration confirmation so I guess that is the confirmation it is authentic since they are not going to register a counterfeit!

Thanks guys. Same here. Reputable supplier, just saw the little scratch off and thought I'd better.

The little qr code takes me to the same place. Are you saying I have to email that little form? I thought you just pressed submit (or whatever) and you get a confirmation email.

I have emailed info@nitecore separately and hope they send an email back

No not a separate email just the form is what I used. I got an email instantly from Nitecore with a product registration.

Yeah, sorry about that. I should have said that I submitted the form. I didn't have to send a separate email. Just fill it out and hit the button.

Hi. No I've done it again. It asks for my email, and verification code and then asks for me to submit. I do but I get no response at all. Even on the page, absolutely nothing changes except a small zero appears on the bottom left of the page.
That's why I have emailed them separately. Seems as if the page is not working for me.
I have tried on my iPad, iPod touch, laptop (Ie and Mozilla).

When I did it I didn't think the submission worked and did it a few times and received multiple responses but only one registration. It is a little buggy but like I said instant response.

I didn't notice a zero because I wasn't looking that closely and was also expecting the page to change to something like successfully submitted or something. If I didn't receive the confirmation email so fast I might have called the phone number that popped up!
