Firstly, I need to say that I feel that the true value of any company can be measured not by how well they handle the routine things, but in how they handle the abnormalities. I've had pretty good luck since I've been vaping, so I've never really felt the need to post a positive or negative review. Sure, I've had a bad atty or juice I didn't like, but always felt these things were par for the course.
My luck turned a few days ago. I had placed a pretty good sized juice order from NiteLiteVapor and anticipated it's arrival on Monday. On Monday, I had no mail in my box. I checked the (not so) great tracking system from usps, and not only had my package been sent out for delivery, it was marked delivered. After some consternation and some friendly advice, today I tracked down my mailman and asked him about it. He said that he remembered delivering the package into my mailbox and therefore, it must have been taken. (I'd like to note that around this time of year, certain unscrupulous types will prowl mailboxes looking for tax return checks.) Gene, the ceo of NLV had already been in contact with me about this and I sadly sent him the news of my stolen package. I had to go out for some appointments, and when I got back, Gene had resent my entire order! This was amazing to me. NiteLiteVapor was not at fault for anything, yet took a hit just to make sure a customer was taken care of. I can't say thanks enough. Thanks!
I should also say that their liquids, especially Bounty Hunter (my personal favorite), are delicious. And they are inexpensive, to boot!
tl;dr
Go to nitelitevapor.com and buy some stuff. You won't regret it!
