I recently placed an order with nlv early one weekend morning. Shortly after, their site went down and they were unable to process any orders. Upon noticing the site going down I emailed them about my order to verify they at least had record of it since my debit card had been charged. Gene told me he had the packing list but not the mg levels so if I emailed him that he could manually process and ship my order. I did as instructed and the following weekend I received the two thirty ml and three ten ml bottles plus a free one of each. This couldn't have come at a better time because my wife had an emergency c-section while I was waiting for my order and I had to take a couple weeks off of work to take care of our kids while she heals. Needless to say money is going to be tight for a bit, so I'm am relieved to have enough liquid to make it until everything returns to normal. Its just nice to see suppliers who remember there is a person on the other end of each transaction and go out of their way to make sure the person on the other end feels more than sure they made the right decision going with them instead of the countless other companies out there
