2 weeks ago i ordered a 30ml bottle of bounty hunter VG edition and got a shipping notice within 24 hours. I was please with the fast service. once the order came in they threw in a free keychain bottle holder which was awesome! I loved the juice too.
nearly out of juice i placed an order on monday night (labor day evening) knowing it was a holiday i didnt expect anything until tuesday. its thursday now and after a couple emails i finally got a shipping notice that says they shipped it out at 4:50pm Thursday.
im somewhat concerned....are they slacking??
according to the website..."Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours or less, with the exceptions of weekends and Holidays, or under extreme circumstances."
Am i being fair or just impatient in saying that i feel they fell behind by a day or 2?
