Will Never order again from Vapor Station

I ordered a sampler from VS 8 days ago. Their disclaimer said that with the samplers to allow 4 days before it is shipped. It has been 8 days and while they have charged my credit card, they have not shipped my order. I have sent emails inquiring about this and no one has responded. At first I was impressed with them because I sent an email asking them a question about the e-juice and throat soreness and they got back to me within 24 hours but in regards to my order and the money charged to my card, no one has responded to my inquiry.

Me thinks I got ripped of. I am so very not happy.

Side note: I ordered e-juice from FreedomSmokeUSA today and received an email within the hour that my order had been filled and shipped. Now THAT made me happy. Props to David at Freedom!

You're not ripped..... just do a charge back on your credit card if your problem isn't resolved in a few more days.

Keep in mind a lot of suppliers are small Mom and Pop operations. Problems and family emergencies do arise although that doesn't excuse poor customer service of not keeping their customers updated via e-mail or website updates.

In just checking the website, they do have a posting that they are closed for November 4th and will reopen the 5th. That may lend credence to my previous comment.

Give Vapor Station a chance. Their juice is among the best in the business IMO. FSUSA and BWB have near instantaneous customer service in my experience, so it's unfair to judge other vendors by their nearly impossible standard. VS juice may take a little longer to end up in your mail box, but I think it is well worth the wait. Excellent juice.

I agree Eric should have returned your email, but for all we know he's out hunting or on a short vacation with the family. He will get back to you. Also, try resending your inquiry, because I waited a week on a question I had that went unanswered, and when I emailed him again he said that he never got the first. Could be an overzealous spam filter in his email client, who knows?

VS juice is made in India for Vapor Station. Worst case scenario, he just doesn't have it in stock and there will be a wait. I agree you should get a response. Email him again and see if you hear back from him tomorrow.

Have you tried calling Eric? or leaving a voice message? or PM? I can only say that I've been ordering from VS for quite awhile and these juices are some of my main all day vapes. I've honestly had very good customer service from Vapor Station and this is not typical of them. I know what you're experiencing must be very frustrating, but I could only assume there is some reasonable explanation and he will work it out and make it right. I really hope you get a good resolution, as the juices are quite good.

Just and update. Eric contacted me after reading my post here on the forum. He was very apologetic and very willing to "make right" on this to keep my business.

Thank you Eric for the response and thank you for explaining more fully the whys of why I have not received my order. Many business owners or company reps would not have contacted me because they would not want to "deal" with it. I do appreciate you taking the time to do this. Pehaps I will give VS another chance since this seems to be something that is not the norm with your company and because I have heard the juice is very good. Again, thank you. :)
