NJOY issue

So I got my njoy recently, I noticed that at times, when I try to puff no smoke works... Then when I try again a few seconds later it just works. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my e-cig?

unfortuneatly mne does the same exact thing not very reliable maybe i should get the atomizer replaced

The atomizer needs to warm up before it produces much smoke. So your first drag will be weak, unless you prime the atomizer by either puffing a couple of shallow puffs first; or taking a longer, slower first drag; or just accepting a weak first hit. Oce warmed up, your following drags will be better.

well with mine it dont matter if u prime the living snot out of it, sometimes it works perfect an others could be the next puff or another one after there is nuttin an none of my other reliable pieces are that inconsistent.

Ah. Bad atomizer, then. Contact, Mark, he'll send out a new atomizer and a return envelope for the old one. Several times if necessary. After-sales service is what you're really paying for with njoy's price tag.

And, hey, think of it as an opportunity. Doc's been posting about njoy's new and improved atomizer design, so you're gonna be getting an upgrade.

It's not so much the warm up it's just that sometimes a puff just won't work. The battery will light up but no smoke will come out. I just got my NJOY so this might be the new atomizer design? In any case I'll check with Mark see if this is normal or not.
