It can be hard to see the light, yes red would make more sense than blue, at least on the white ones. And yes, it is slightly longer, bigger around, and heavier. That said, unless you just put down a king (or calibri, I guess, I don't have one) it is still very 'CIG a like'. I've grown to like the tank/atty over a cartimizer, and the PCC that charges an ASSEMBLED unit rather than having to unscrew to charge is a big step forward in ergonomics. My Riva and dual coil mega cartos have been gathering dust since i got the eRoll.

I may still pick up and eRoll soon just for the fun but I hate a blue light. BTW, can you even see it as you vape?
No you can not see it.

And to be honest it really bugs me that I can't see it.
That is another reason I prefer the NJoy King.

I really like being able to see the end light up on the King.
:)

You can't see the light if its hanging from your lips when you hit it. Because of the air hole being close to the center I usually hold it close to the end and I can see the blue light reflecting off my hand. I'm really impressed with the atty/tank combo, as long as thin clean juices are used. I haven't tried Boba's in it, if the thickness didn't cause wicking problems I'm sure the solids would quickly clog it up.

Thanks and :-( I just used my 510-T this morning and remember why I don't like it. Sure, tons a vapor but zero flavor and TH. eRoll is better I hope.... if I get one lol

I don't know that much more can be added to this thread, until they come down in price, but I am very impressed w/ these as an around town/travelling option. I went to a local gas station that sells them and got a Bold Traditional and another menthol. The Traditional Bold definitely has a sweet tinge to it, which I usually dislike in my main vape, but this one has a slight edge w/ the high nic. I do think the Bold Menthol comes closest to what I remember an analog being like.

I also got a 'Krave' e-cig at the dollar store. It's not a disposable but a 401 clone, so back it goes. I was thinking it may be the Krave King at first.

Lets see what they come up w/ next. Hopefully a price drop. Even w/ all my mods I'm entranced by these little things. I guess it's a combo of a nice break from mods when doing errands, seeing the new vaping tech getting better, and a throwback to old days (most of which I'm glad are long gone. Just nostalgic). I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong when using these though...lol

Just got a chance to try the NJOY King - bold menthol. Wow - I am impressed. Agree with everybody else - this thing rocks, bring down the price and it will find a way into my rotation for sure.

I actually drove home from the store with it dangling out of my mouth. I never thought I'd do that with an e-cig. I actually couldn't do it with a real cig because the smoke always burned my eyes. So the NJOY King is actually *better* than a real cig, lol.

What is the difference between the Njoy King and the Krave King flavor wise, or is it identical?
They are fairly close, but the NJoy King flavor is much cleaner.
The Krave tastes kind of like what the NJoy would taste like if plastic had leeched into it.

I'm not POSITIVE it is plastic that I tasted, and perhaps it is the cartomizer filler.
I'm not really sure, but I do feel the NJoy tastes better.

Oh darn!!! That is a pity. Because I jsut found the Chinese supplier and was going to get some samples. It's the same size as the Njoy King, so I thought one could use them in the Njoy flip box. They told me they have stronger ones too, and different flavors.

You should still try the samples. The fact that njoy and krave taste different means that they use different juices and possibly different coils or ultimate wattages. What you found may be a third and yet unranked (against those two known alternatives) option!

Link?
I give up with both King and Krave. Fat too expensive for the amount of vape time. Makes me very sad.

I think you should give it a shot, you may have different results.

We're way past questioning the validity of the "article" referred to in the OP. Regardless of the journalistic integrity or lack thereof in the linked "review", its only merit in the thread now is the hilarious animated gif of somebody smoking all five Cigalikes at the same time. The rest is meaningless at this point. The king is clearly a big step forward in disposables and a class above the rest of the hardware "reviewed" therein.

Felt the need to bump this to keep it visible. After reading this entire thread, it seems we have all reached the same conclusion: Njoy Kings are great, but they need to be cheaper.

Njoy Kings are what got me started vaping...I was completely satisfied from the first hit. The second one I bought, I'm going, "I can't believe I'm spending this kind of money on 'one cigarette'"... cause it really does feel like a cigarette. About 10 Kings later, I knew I was going to have to find a better setup before I vaped myself into the poor house.
So I came here, got a nice kit, bla bla bla...but I still miss the King! I would have stuck with it if not for the absurdly high price!!
YOU HEAR THAT NJOY??? YOU WOULD HAVE REPEAT CUSTOMERS IF YOU PRICED YOUR PRODUCTS RIGHT!!!

Here's hoping they deliver on their promise of lower prices and/or multi-packs.

I agree. This product would be so wonderful if the price wasn't so outrageous. The packaging is obviously designed with a three-pack in mind...the whole putting the paper ad insert with a depiction of two Kings inside the empty space just rubs it in. It should be 5 dollars for a three pack. That would still be more expensive than cigs in some states because I think the Kings last for about 5 smokes worth, but at 3 for five I'd be willing to use them regularly because I can no longer deal with my room looking like a science experiment. You could film episodes of "Breaking Bad" in my room...the juices, syringes, tanks... it is such a mess.
