Mike - you may wish to look into the threads on Lipton Pyramid Tea Bags. Haven't tried it on my njoy, but can't imagine it wouldn't work. Just pull out the material in the cart and replace it with the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bag material and if it's like my other units it'll draw better, easy to wash out and dry and they'll last...uh..forever I suppose.

I didn't have any pyramid bags on hand in the house today, but I did have some old Lipton teag bags from way back when (just the regular ones). After a little trial and error getting the tightness of the roll correct, I modded a couple of my carts with the tea bags. It seems to have beaten the leaking issue. I get a decent amount of vapor off of a slight draw, and the slight draw keeps the liquid inside rather than in me.

So it seems to be well.

Thanks for the tip.

My experience with the standard Lipton Tea Bags was okay at first and then got real bad as the paperish material used in them will get mushy. The pyramid bags are nylon. Hope your experience is more positive.

Well, it's soon to be moot. I was using the old regular tea bags as a hold-over until I could get to the store to get some of the pyramid bags. I did that on my home from work tonight. So I'll get to modding once I've finished my homework (36 is too old to be pulling all-nighters for school, but that's what I get).

I'll get them modded tonight and update soon on how well they work to rid me of my RN4081 problems.

So I did the PTB mod, and used the "shredding" method (where the nylon is shredded in the cart and cradles the atty better). It rocks.

Stupid little NJoy NPro cart (which is like about the size of the old thin eraser tips that came in back of mechanical pencils) gives me solid flavor and vapor for an hour or more of continuous vaping, compared to the 5 to 15 minutes I got with the pre-filled or re-filled carts using the standard material.

And today I went out and ran some errands. The thing is still going strong after three hours of in-city driving from place to place.

I believe! :nun:
