I have an njoy pen style atomizer that died. It was only 3 days old and died flat out. I think the positive wire might have broke off inside on the battery connector.
I think this is the problem as the center terminal seems to rotate easily.
My question is do you know how to get the battery connector to come off on njoys pen style atomizer? I tried pulling it out but it is really in there. There is a small band at the end of atomizer that surrounds the thread. Does this have to also come off? Any help would be appreciated.

If it is only 3 days old it is under warranty, do not mess with it. Call Njoy and have them send you another. If they see you have tampered with it, it may void future warranty claims.

Pat--the battery can in fact be taken apart but to no avial. If you an old atomizer and screw the battery into it and keep bending from side to side and pulling on it at the same time, the thread on the battery will come loose and come out as it is press fit in the tube. This takes a lot of patience to do but I have done many of them. You will find that once it comes out it will drop down and you will see the positive and negative wires attached to the thread. I doubt you will find them broken off.

As for getting the battery out of the tube--it can not happen without using a screwdriver and, after removing the fake plastic ash, hammering it out which breaks the pressue switch and the housing in the battery, thus making re-assembly not possible. I do not know why you are so convinced that it is a wiring problem. Although contact issues a reported often, the pressure wheel switch is more likey the cause. And sucking on the battery hole, and rapping the battery hard on a table or the floor may in fact free up the frozen switch----------Sun
