I have gotten some of the black batteries that the LED is disconnected.
Seems I saw Leaford say these were originally for the Camo batts that didn't work out.
Will there be an option somewhere that we can order them this way in the future???

You mean for colors other than black? I hadn't planned to, but if there's a demand, I'll consider it. Personally, I don't like the idea, because it removes functionality. The LED does more than just emulate the experience of the cherry glowing on an analog cig. It also functions as a charging indicator and an empty charge indicator. The idea behind the no LED e-cig was primarily for military e-smokers, or for other stealth use, so I only planned to get it in camo, and settled for black. Other colors don't seem to me to fit either military or stealth. To me at least.

Yes sir, I agree with and understand the logic behind the LED and think it is great in most circumstances.
I have some customers on various levels of law enforcement tho. And no, not all colors, just the black.

Oh I understand the reasoning now. I never thought about miltary use. Thats kinda cool.

How about a new invisible Maxx Fusion so on cold days it just looks like it is brisk outside?

Oh and on a serious note: What about a cheap single disposable that we can buy to give away to friends to get them started on a Bloog? Call it the Bloog Maxx Fusion Uno. And by Cheap I mean under $5 I know it might be under your cost but consider it a loss leader. I'm sure the more people try it the more they would be customers. Maybe even as high as a 80% conversion rate.

Leaford I was wondering how difficult would it be to add a LCD display on the side of the battery like in the standard PCC? that way you can see the battery level and still have the stealthiness

Now I am really confused. There already is the black without an LED. Did you just order one and not notice that's what you selected?

Actually, maybe I'm confused. I thought that my original kit had 2 black 78s with blue LEDs. My last order, I told Mike he could mix and match colors so as not to hold up my order. Had people waiting, and my blacks came in without the LED. I like them better that way because of some of my customers.

Now when I just looked at the site there is a black 78 W/O an LED or a black 102 with or without LED. So I guess it may have been my misunderstanding. Not sure.

It's just nice to know now that I can order the blacks W/O the LED.

Difficult and expensive, but worst, it would cost battery cell space, reducing the mAh.

Well, how about a circular LCD battery indicator? So the charge level would be indicated by the number of the slices of the "pie" that are present. This could replace the LED light on the end of the battery. I wouldn't expect this to take too much away from the battery, if at all, and would allow for the same functionality that the light does, only more so, and would still be stealthy. Put a thin plastic cap over the LCD to protect it.

It would add about $3 to $5 to the cost. It would be innovative as well and be the first KR808 with a battery level indicator.

Yeah. I think he shot me down without having to tell me it was a stoopid idea.

Either that, OR he thinks its the best damn idea EVER and he doesn't want me to know just how excited he is to use it. As it was posted on a public forum with no stipulation I would have no rights to the idea. So, don't be shy Leaford. You can have that one for free.

But, if you do hate it. Don't tell me. Leave me my illusions.
