I'd expect you haven't gotten them yet cause you're in the Netherlands?

I find I can remove the glued on hardcaps without issue with a fork, but I'm in the minority there. You can also dip just the mouthpiece end in boiling water for a few seconds, which will loosen the glue.

I get stuff from the USA normally within 5 or 6 business days.

thxs for the fork tip!

Maybe you lucked out and they got lost...:p

The best way to remove them non-violently is to warm them up first. Somebody uses a hair-dryer, just read about it here, I think. I wrap them in a single layer of aluminum foil (to keep water from getting inside) and hold the mouth end of the carto (with the kitchen tongs, they get hot) in just-boiled water, ca. 210 degrees F, (100 C for you) for just under a minute. Then grab whatever you have handy--a small crochet needle, a tiny screwdriver, a fork (hi, Belle!) and gently pry the endcap up and out of the carto sleeve. If it resists, dunk it again. This way you'll be able to remove the cap and the nasty glue used to hold it in place. And if you saved some of the rubber end caps from your previous batch of Turbos, just use those in place of the hard ones. Good luck!

OK I'm the hairdryer guy hahaha I like using it because its simple and no water needed just hold the cap end over the hairdry for just about 15 seconds and the cap peals right off. I also take an exacto knife to get any remaining glue off the edges. I also have found that using my 510 Dripping Tip really works great to keep the cartos wet, just a couple of drops every once in a while works great.

PS,

Ben when will you have these Carto's with caps that are just removable so we dont have to go through this process
