glue inside the carto does not sound good IMHO...health wise.......besides that I still would like to know what we are vaping. The filler, wick etc, what is it made off, what chemicals are used and does the coil get's rusty when we clean it in water? It would be nice to have it all on the table. After all we are vaping also because of our health. Let's be ahead of the game before some :censored:FDA clerk will investigate and start a war with us vaping lovers..... Any suggestions how we can get this established...(for all our benefit)!!

OK I'm the hairdryer guy I

PS,

Ben when will you have these Carto's with caps that are just removable so we dont have to go through this process

Hi hairdryer guy!

Thanks for your tips -

"Waiting for VaporNine blank Turbo cartos to come in is like being in a rowdy, lighter flicking, crowded rock concert audience awaiting the band's appearance - only rowdier." ~Proudlion

Ben, I'll take any VaporNine Turbo cartomizers whether soft or hard/old or new ....

(I think he just wants to make sure we've all bookmarked http://www.VaporNine.com so we can refresh it often & catch them suckers as soon as they land - adds a little "sport" to it :2cool:)

OK I'm the hairdryer guy hahaha I like using it because its simple and no water needed just hold the cap end over the hairdry for just about 15 seconds and the cap peals right off. I also take an exacto knife to get any remaining glue off the edges. I also have found that using my 510 Dripping Tip really works great to keep the cartos wet, just a couple of drops every once in a while works great.

He did--the factory screwed him over this last shipment, that's all.

i talked some sense into them and am getting some prototype samples in this week of a new soft cap design, from there I'll place a big order or make further refinements

The soft cap as it was, was perfect. Why change it at all?? That is the problem with these Chinese, they have no clue what consistency means

We've had them make adjustments that will supposedly address the burning issues, not sure what exactly is being done to the soft cap but perhaps they've changed it to reflect my original drawings (that'd be cool, because i originally designed them to be easier to remove, and further prevent liquid from leaking or coming out the mouth hole if overfilled a bit)

the hard cap removal is easy, but useless as the soft cap was/is perfect and no glue is needed which is not so good for vaping IMHO. Concerning burning: can you have them made a carto for HV, let's say 5.X Ohm???

Yes, I know but I am beyond dripping, those days are over and done with :D

I will drip with a 901 now and then. But I found that for me, keeping a turbo topped off and moist is a must, and is easiest to accomplish with my shorty drip tip. I would have to pull out my pocket knife to remove the cap everytime, and it was a pain fumbling with the tiny cap, especially while sitting on an idling diesel commercial lawn mower. I don't like the condom refill method because I like to see the wicking saturate to prevent under/overfilling, plus it is hard to do out in the fields. Each their own i guess.
