2 sets of fully charged batteries.
NO BLUE LIGHT.
No blue light with carto. no blue light without carto.
I've tightened the cap screw, I've loosened the cap screw.
I've looked inside for loose connection. I tightened screw inside cap.
I've cleaned, I've tried new cartos, I've tried all combinations of switching the batteries.
I've smoked a cigerette:(

Red Light? Didn't say if you at least had a red light when the batts are installed in your original post. Is the button acting ok? Still clicky and doesn't feel like it's pushing into the tube at all? If the red wire is snug and you're sure you're getting a good ground, it may be a blown PCB.

Did any liquid get inside?

Ditto what Kempo said ?

try these things

Batteries charged ?? ( use a voltmeter if you have one , they should read 4.2 volts each )
Take off the atty /carto first
Do you have a RED LED light ?
DO you have a Blue Led light when the button is pushed.
DO you have a Blue led with the ATTY/CARTO ON the unit ?
Do you have BOTH red and Blue led lights ?
Do you get a blue led with the atty/carto ON but no vapor ?

Well, I have requested a return authorization, AND ordered another buzz pro with 3 sets of batteries. Hopefully my new buzz pro gets here pretty quickly while my other is in for service. I would not have ordered another if I didn't just love it, it's fantastic when its working.

Yup, and mike fixes em right up.
