Well a few weeks ago i ordered 30ml of dragons fire from heathers heavenly vapes. It was outstanding good strong flavor not to sweet with a mild chocolate flavor followed by a good cigar or pipe tobacco flavor. So i ordered 100ml of the same juice but in 18mg nicotine not 24mg like the small bottle at a 40/60 blend which is what i got the first time also. Anyway this 100ml bottle has hardy any flavor! I can hardly tell im vaping anything. The reason i got this big bottle was because the small on did not need steeping and was ready to vape on arrival. I have been vaping blueberry for a few days so its not that im getting burnt out on the dragons fire what gives? Thanks in advance for your help.....

Along with steeping a little longer, you want to shake the bottle real good everyday for 30 to 60 seconds.
I've heard nicotine carries flavor as well, so juice with less nicotine might have less flavor. I wouldn't know, as I haven't gone below 12 and it's all about the same to me. 
Thanks guys i will give feedback when and if it improves but all in all hhv is killer flavor and price as well as shipping.
I bought HHV:
Legend - 60/40 24 mg excellent tobacco taste.
Georgia Peach Tobacco - 60/40 24mg No Peach, Some flavor (maybe tobacco I can't really say).
Cherry Bomb - 50/50 24mg (extra flavor requested) No Cherry, some flavor (don't know what the flavor is).
Just Peachy - 50/50 24mg (extra flavor requested) No peach or anything else except for irritating burning of my throat.
When I first tried the "Legend" I thought I finally found a great vendor, now not so much. I just got back from my local smoke shop that sells some e-juices with a couple of bottles of 50/50 24mg Black Cherry. Now I don't know what Black Cherry is supposed to taste like but It does taste like Cherry - rather pleasant. Go-Figure.
This e-juice thing is really starting to get on my nerves. Talk about buying a pig in a poke.
It is frustrating trying vendor after vendor and not getting what you want.

I have four flavors I really like from Halo and then I have been slowly trying the flavors from TV and KBV.
So far I haved really loved all the flavors from these two vendors.

I feel like I can order with full confidence that I will receive a consistent, quality product.
Anyway, just venting my frustrations along with you.

I too had kind of settled on Halo the worst I ever got from them was OK maybe not what I was expecting but at least it had some flavor.
I then tried some "Black Cherry" (some local no name stuff the shop has made just for them) from my local smoke shop and it was pretty good but I wanted something with a little more intense flavor. As you said Halo has a limited line of flavors and I had read some reviews on HHV that claimed their "Just Peachy" was like a real peach so I thought I would give in and try some so I bought the Peach and the Cherry Blast.
The Peach had absolutely no flavor and is the one the was really hard on my throat and the cherry had no "Cherry" flavor. After the fact I did some more searching and found a guy that claimed the same thing about the Cherry Blast - his comment was "where is the cherry".
Now I am beginning to wonder if it is just me or the vendors making mistakes in there mixes... I am at the point that I just don't know any more. But I will probably go back to Halo not that their flavors are so great but do seem repeatable unlike some others.
I will go browse the two sites you listed and see if anything sound good. What are the flavors you like from TV and KBV. Also I don't recognize the TV and KBV brand could you post the full name to help me find them.

I've been cig free and vaping for a little over two months. The one thing that has made all the difference to me is steep time. One of my first orders on 9/20 was from FanceeJuice. I got a 5 bottle, 15 ml sample set with highly reviewed juices (incl. Meesetracks & Peppered Chocomint). Vape mail arrived, I popped open the bottles and sampled all of them. Either no flavor, peppery flavor or muted hints of flavor out of all five. Fast forward to a week ago, when I pulled the bottles out of my steeping closet--what a huge difference! Meesetracks would now rank as one of my favorite juices and the others all are as described (some to my liking, some not). Also, the device you're using makes a difference. Juices that were so-so on my eGo VV devices are great on my MVP 2.0. Cartos versus clearos versus dripping. Vaper's tongue (been there 2x now) can also be an issue. The longer you're off cigs, the better the taste buds react.
Some vendors offer juices that are supposed to be good to go FOOB (Halo comes to mind), others are OK FOOB and improve after varying steep times. Don't give up yet!

Like I mentioned, all but one juice that I've ordered since I started buying online on 9/20/ae has improved with time in the steep closet, even those that I was going to write off as tasteless. I've ordered from FanceeJuice (nothing but a peppery/powdery taste to me when FOOB, but very good after 6 wk steep, MeeseTracks, Peppered Chocomint, French Vanilla, Joe's Java & Butterscotch--all taste like they are described, so even if I don't love the flavor, they all have the "right" flavor--will reorder MeeseTracks for sure), Ginger's Ejuice (Chai Latte & Classy Tobaccy tasty FOOB, Juicy White Peach & Fizzy Grape Soda great after 4 wk steep, Root Beer Float tastes as it should but I don't seem to care for it), Mountain Oak Vapor from a B&M shop (Virginia Flake RY4 and Frostbite were nice new and fabulous now, Red Drop hasn't changed and I still don't like it--don't like lime in a vape), Mount Baker Vapor (chemical/plastic taste or tasteless FOOB but some are very tasty now after 3-4 wk steep, will reorder Cinnamon Bun & Bananas Gone Nuts), Nicoticket (still steeping 10/25 order for CLS, CB and OR3O, waiting for the magic to happen), and last but not least, Ahlusion, my favorite vendor. I've loved almost everything from Ahlusion FOOB and two of my favorite juices (Boba Tea & Blueberry Vanilla Cake) are too die for after steeping (if they last that long). I will say that one Ahlusion juice, Coconut Dream, was good FOOB and not to my liking after one month steep. Hope this helps!

It also makes me wonder if these vendors ever try their own stuff. i.e. HHV's "Just Peachy". I will never believe they have tasted it since their first batch because if they did they wouldn't sell it or they would have to put it under a new heading like "try this, if you like garbage that has a really nice chemical throat burn you love this".

Very unbiased and accurate descriptions and reviews. Unfortunately he's only one guy and hasn't tasted everything yet, but he has a lot of the biggies and is always reviewing and adding.

Tasty Vapor-Ultimate Vanilla, Lemon Poundcake(you really get the nice lemon flavor and great cake flavor as well), Banana Cream Pie, German Chocolate Cake(Fantastic!), Peach Cobbler, and there is cupcake flavor( I have tried plain, it's fantastic, but you can choose up to two different flavors to combine in that one.)
Kick Bass Vapor-OMG(Toffee taste, awesome!), ... (the joose)-A berry taste but other undertones that I cannot identify. An ADV for me. Pebble Path-(Rocky Road and it is good!) , Gooey Better Cake-awesome. Skipping Stones(Butterscotch)-really good. Hummingbird Nectar is really different and I mean in a good way! I have never had anything else like it.
I am slowly trying them all. I have White Rabbit(Coconut cake), Fiddle Faddle, and Carmel Cappacino on the way plus more OMg and Hummingbird Nectar. Those last two I will keep in my rotation.
Anyway, hope this helps. Both these vendors flavors are multi dimensional like you really get each ingredient such as the Gooey Better Cake, you get the butter, powdered sugar, cake flavor, it is really good.
Let me know what you think if you decided to try them.

I will have to break out one of my other Credit Cards (my new one has not arrived yet). It seems the one I normally use for on line stuff showed up at an airport in Tanzania a very long way from Utah. They might have gotten away with it at a vape store in Africa but not an airport. Hmmm... African e-juice, I don't think I am that desperate YET.
