No flavour from stick!

First got to say i am liking the stick loads but wonder if my atomizer is faulty as the vapour seems tasteless even with the ry4 carts bundled alongside the stick.

Anyone any help on the above subject

Ted it shouldnt be flavourless..

I would actually liken the flavour factor to the DSE901, and most certainly better than the Dura/Titan/510

I take it you have got through the primer? as I found the primer quite yucky, and being a Penstyle which I havent used before it took some getting through.

Are you getting any vapour?

If not, try pushing the atomiser down gently, hear it click, and then using the cart gently twist it clockwise. This tightens it a bit.

I found the black atomiser that comes with it, hard to tighten as its matt black and fits tightly so that final screw in motion can mean the cart twists while the atomiser stays put..

I have now changed to a Silver throw away and its better... for me at least...lol

Been running it for about 4 days now so primer all gone but away from home till thu/fri so unable to swap atomizer to see whats what!

Thing is i got loads of flavour and vapour with the mini pipe with the same ecopure juice so will swap out the att when i return back north

Other than the above glitch "shes" errrr

Plenty of flavour here, ted. Are you using the Kissbox att that came with it? I'm getting more flavour with this than I get on generic classics. Try a cart top-up with Cigar or another stout flavour and see what happens.

Not sure about the others, but it might be the atomizer needs broke in a little.
I have had one or two that were that way, no flavor and very little vapour. Just my .02.

Yeah using original att and getting a really light draw too! is that normal for janty atts?

I have found this a very easy draw with little resistance, but, it packs a punch, vapour and flavour wise.
I am using RY4 for morning vapes, and boy does that wake me up...then Ecopure Rich Tobacco for the rest of the day, and again, I am getting more flavour from that, than I did in my 510.

The RY4 carts that came with the Stick take some beating. Stick a bit of Orient on top - great. Try a little TW apple -yum. Then for a tobacco smoke - DK Tab. Basically this machine rocks - it vapes beautifully with the supplied Kissbox att. When I take a break in the day from heavy vaping I'll hit my Evo with some of Freddo's cherry or Ecopure - and then I punish that too! I am now spoilt for devices - I think that the Evo and the Stick have me covered for most bases while the mini-pipe is still top for that "armchair moment." Not forgetting the wonderful DSE-103 on passthrough. If I was any happier I would definitely explode! No tobacco since October 08 - and I wouldn't smoke an Upmann Havanna now if you paid me.

ted , a stab in the dark here but it may be a power source issue.

I've had it with my nicostick, you get vapour but the battery doesnt seem to heat the coil up enough to vapourise enough of the flavouring so the taste is less prevalent.
all just theory of course , but as well as the atmzer, try switching out the battery.

ApO.. you could be right there, I just thought, when I first got mine, I would get hit -hit -hit-fresh air - fresh air - hit....
Then I changed battery and it did make a difference.

Also be sure the switch is working correctly ted....

My tiny mind doesnt work most of the time, but logic tells me that if its a circuit thing, well check out everything within that circuit and that includes and starts with the switch.

Got home 10 mins ago, tried the other janty att and also my mini pipe att both giving the result i was looking for so i guess its just an att issue!

Not returning the att as it gives a fantastic throat hit for those needy moments

Janty Cappuccino in the Janty Stick? Oh yes!!!

I've just refilled the current cart I'm using with Janty Cappuccino. It's had TW menthol in it all day. That's a really nice mix. Minty coffee! Mmmmm.
