Hey all,

I'm relatively new to vaping and to ECF (thank GOD for this place) and I have to say this: the only reason that I haven't had a cigarette in almost 3 weeks is because I am fascinated by vaping and exploring this amazing new world. I love diving head first into a hobby and man, vaping is incredibly 'deep' as far as the amount of info/gear/combinations/tinkering/trial and error that is possible. I love it, and it's perhaps the healthiest non-excercise hobby I have!

That being said, after three weeks and probably close to $300 bucks, I want a stable, rock solid kick ... device that I can use day in and day out when I don't feel like tinkering with different combinations of batteries/attys/cartos/juices etc. I'm starting to know what I like in terms of a favorite juice, favorite atty, favorite voltage etc. So, I think I'm ready to step up from eGo's and kGo's and even my Twist and get my first MOD!

Exciting, I know. As I delve deeper into the world of mods (another fascinating level of the vaping world, I want to start simple.

Can you recommend a single-battery, very safe, very basic, "no-fuss" rock solid mod that is 510 compatible? I won't mention any of the ones I've looked at because I'm interested in your wise advice.

Thanks so much for your help in my journey. I promised myself if I got to 1 month with no analogs I'd get a nice little mod to reward myself -- any advice?

The answer is going to vary from one person to the next, so that being said I'll just share what I use as my all day mods.
First I have my Reo's, I have two with me at all times filled with different flavors. they are tough, very low maintenance and just work.
Second I use a either a puresmoker icon, or smoktec telescope both with either a stardust (you'll need a 510 shorty adaptor for the icon to use them) or a 306 dca if I'm dripping.
