No Leaks But Short On Content

I'm not posting this to complain. I just want to get feedback and see if any others experience the same issue. I see no other mention of it here.

My first order did actually leak so I didn't give this issue any thought. However, on all orders after that which didn't leak, the content level on most bottles was short. Some were 9ml, some were 8ml, and some even slightly less than 8ml. Also, it wasn't just with one brand. It is all brands but especially short on Inawera. And also, I do check it outside the bottle just to make sure there's not a slight difference in bottle size.

I would think that surely others are experiencing the same issue. I mean, what are the chances of only all of my orders being pulled randomly at different times are like this.

Their customer service was very prompt, courteous, and they did make send me out a free bottle of choice to somewhat compensate for it and said they would make the flavor department aware of it.

I do intend to order from them at least one more time. If the levels are short again I'll just call it a lesson learned and go on.

Still, I would just like some feedback from others and possibly create an awareness if this is an issue beyond myself. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi there, bottles should not be short. If anything they are supposed to have an extra ml in it. We are adjusting the way we will them on new bottle fills. The bottles themselves hold 12-13ml so it might not look full. If you were shorted, please let our customer service know so we can correct this for you.

We plan to fill new production to the 12ml mark to give everyone 2ml's for free.

While I don't think it would have been practical to ask for one ml of this and two ml of that, it was somewhat taken care of. The effort to make it right was good gesture.

Yes. I'm familiar with what these types of bottles actually hold. I mix my own. I know 10 ml won't fill them up. I first compared them to a ml marked bottle and then checked them with a syringe if they appeared short. They were indeed.

A few have been spot on or a bit over. However, on an order of 18 bottles all lined up side by side, I could see there was reason to investigate it a bit.

At least yours didn't leak, ordered first time had leakage , went through the replacement policy, received the replacement bottle, leakage on the replacement bottle. I said lmfao, unbelievable how are you going to send a leaking bottle to a customer to replace the leaking bottle you sent him to begin with. And yes some but not all bottles was a little on the short side of 10. Only place that I've had trouble with content and leaking.Plus read the hangsen thread in the diy section . This place just doesn't have there stuff together.

I pretty much had a good hunch that I'm not the only one. I mean, seriously, I've had 3 orders at 3 different times over a few months and all orders had some and actually most bottles short in them. Some 8ml and a bit less. There's no way it could just be my randomly placed orders. I expect to possibly hear more.

The reply I see here from them says it won't happen again. I'm counting on it. My bad and shame on me if it does happen again.
