Actually I quit 11 days ago
My original plan was to slowly reduce my nic levels down to zero and then stop vaping totally
.Unexpectedly
and rather uneventfully I might add
I ended up just quitting cold turkey
.I smoked a pack and a half a day for almost 25 years before I started vaping last October
..I know for a fact
.if I hadnt found this forum
I never would have even tried ecigs
and would still be smoking
.I liked vaping and thought about continuing to do so nicotine free
but in the long run I think Im better off avoiding anything even remotely connected to my ex-nicotine habit
I realize that becoming smoke free AND vape free isnt a goal that everyone strives to reach..Lots of you have already achieved your long-term goals and still participate here as active members .Thats a good thing because folks like you are what make ECF the friendly and supportive place it is Im sure curiosity will have me stopping back once in awhile to see whats new ..and Ill continue to spread the word about vaping .and this site .to anyone that might be interested
Its seems odd to say that total strangers played a major role in my truly life-changing experience..but lots of you did and for that I will remain forever grateful .I wish all of you only the best ..
