What Is Oil Pulling And Does It Work? Method's Health Benefits Include Whiter Teeth, Advocates Say [PHOTO]
sounds kind of interesting
I curious about the oil pull too
Great... now I don't have to explain. It's seems kind of gross at first but you get use to it then it's not bad at all. Excellent for oral health and the taste is actually kind of nice (if you like coconut oil). I do know that it helps my overworked buds when I chain vape. Teaspoon in the mouth, let it melt, because it is solid, swish it around maybe 5 minutes and I'm good to go another chain vaping session (marathon) with fresh buds.
did it make your teeth whiter too? they say it does that.
So you don't do it for 20 mins every morning, just a few minutes at some point during the day?
I do it 2-3 times a week for 10-20 min. If I am chain vaping during the day and my buds start wearing out on me, I'll do a teaspoon for 3-5 minutes.
What vendors havebeen found to have the highest concentration of flavors? I seem to only like DIY or have ro doctor juices I buy premade. Any suggestions?
so when you doctor your juice, how much flavoring do you add?
Anywhere from 1 to 3ml in a 30ml bottle, according to if it just need a boost or if it lacks the complexity. I like the flavor to kick me in the face.
So at 10:10 I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my mouth... Well that's a weird experience. But after it all melts and whatever it's ok. I swished it around for exactly 5 minutes (timed) and spit. I didn't bother rinsing my mouth or anything like that to leave the residual oil work a bit harder. I'm a slave driver I know. I waited 5 minutes (timed) and vaped. Now considering I've been dealing with this 'olfactory fatigue' for a week or so now so maybe it was just the WANT of flavour but I did feel like it helped a bit. A bit. Nothing more. I'll continue to take one hit every 5 minutes to get a accurate 'effective' time if there is one. I hope so... I really want to taste this blueberry.
ok i tried it and i think it did help, also after brushing my mouth felt extra clean.
I actually did a blog about this on here. Anyways, try oil pulling, and this may sound gross, but try brushing with Ivory soap. If you are feeling really adventurous, try Dial soap (kills bacteria). Most importantly, brush the tongue! A good way of starting with soap, is to wet your toothbrush, rub the bristles on a bar of soap, and put a little toothpaste on the bristles to help the flavor.
