Great... now I don't have to explain. It's seems kind of gross at first but you get use to it then it's not bad at all. Excellent for oral health and the taste is actually kind of nice (if you like coconut oil). I do know that it helps my overworked buds when I chain vape. Teaspoon in the mouth, let it melt, because it is solid, swish it around maybe 5 minutes and I'm good to go another chain vaping session (marathon) with fresh buds.

So at 10:10 I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my mouth... Well that's a weird experience. But after it all melts and whatever it's ok. I swished it around for exactly 5 minutes (timed) and spit. I didn't bother rinsing my mouth or anything like that to leave the residual oil work a bit harder. I'm a slave driver I know. I waited 5 minutes (timed) and vaped. Now considering I've been dealing with this 'olfactory fatigue' for a week or so now so maybe it was just the WANT of flavour but I did feel like it helped a bit. A bit. Nothing more. I'll continue to take one hit every 5 minutes to get a accurate 'effective' time if there is one. I hope so... I really want to taste this blueberry.

I actually did a blog about this on here. Anyways, try oil pulling, and this may sound gross, but try brushing with Ivory soap. If you are feeling really adventurous, try Dial soap (kills bacteria). Most importantly, brush the tongue! A good way of starting with soap, is to wet your toothbrush, rub the bristles on a bar of soap, and put a little toothpaste on the bristles to help the flavor.
