Great job, Motoman101! It seems like yesterday I was saying the same thing....probably because it was a little under a week ago that I was! It's a great accomplishment! I cemented it by having a glass of Diet Pepsi with my dinner. Rewards are the key!
big gratz on that of course does present another problem one that effects us all what are you going to do with the money you saved? its a side effect of vaping im afraid.....
Doesn't it feel great not to be addicted to something that you know will cause an early death eventually?
I started vaping a little over two years ago and stopped most of my tobacco the first week. I hung on to the coffee and after meal cigarettes until about 5 weeks ago. I finally decided to give them up, steadied myself for the cravings, and found out there were none! I'm a happy guy. I was always in guilt mode about holding on the those critical few cigarettes. When people would ask me about vaping, they'd always ask if I had quit smoking. I had to tell them I still smoked a few a day. It was always embarrassing to admit that I was still minimally hooked.
It's a great feeling to be able to talk about how ecigs allowed me to quit without looking back and with no cravings. My last few were just mental justification. I could have dropped them at any time with no regrets and no physical withdrawal.
