Not foolin around are ya--please report back after you get them--I'm especially interested in your impressions of the pyrex tube. The carto tanks really improved my vaping experience--I found dripping or constantly filling cartos to be a pain --I was using a Vapemate which was good but the carto tanks have worked the best for me

I really liked the VPX Cartomator tank, it was great - its poly tube cracked instantly on me and I ended up wrapping it in electrical tape to be able to keep using it (it's shattered beyond the tape's ability to hold now though). They sent me a replacement tank that works great, but I dare not use my favorite juice with it. Same with a MAP tank - it had a 1/4" thick wrap of electrical tape on it to keep the juice in.

I'm a bit leery of the Pyrex tube to be honest, as the cut looks very rough in the picture on the vendor's website. I hope they would have smoothed the edge out a bit with a blowtorch before sending it, it looks ragged. Fingers crossed.

One thing I'm trying out which I have hopes for is a Leo carto -> 510 battery adapter, it is on the way in the mail too. Boge Leo cartos are great and last all day, but they could be just a tad warmer. They're 2.4-2.6 ohm used on the Leo at 3.7v.

I will report back when it arrives, but yours will probably arrive first; mine's still in Kansas :D

The liquinator is the same size as the vpx. I interchange end caps all the time. 3 mil that is the 5 mil liquinator is a lot bigger. The chibi tank is a lot smaller but it sure works good, and if you have a syringe it is very easy to refill.
When we first got our Darwin's it seemed like it was powered by juice. Still go through a lot but have decreased nic from 36 to 18. Good luck

Hi Drac,
I've been using my Chibi's and my Acorn tanks...and I've had no problems, even with Cinnamon flavors...none at all.
I do LOVE my Acorn Tanks, I love the screw on/off cap, very convenient, so much easier to fill, no leaks...no worries whatsoever, just turn the cap...pour, screw the the cap back on...and your ready to vape, very easy.
I really enjoy them both :)

Interesting! Do you know what the tubes are made out of in the chibi and acorn tanks? Did you get them from parkesvaping?

L'il Mama tank has arrived. Ordered the tank with polycarbonate, a pyrex tube, steel tube and a steel Big Daddy tube. Haven't tried it out yet, wanted to measure it first before I get juice all over it. How are you liking yours?

Here's all the micrometer measurements for the tanks I own:

VPX Cartomator - small tube
inner diameter 0.617"
outer diameter 0.746"
length 1.114"

xl tube
inner diameter 0.617"
outer diameter 0.746"
length 1.522"

MAP tank
inner diameter 0.635"
delrin end OD 0.615"
outer diameter 0.756"
length 1.81"

L'il Mama steel tube
inner diameter 0.62"
outer diameter 0.749"
length 1.146"

L'il Mama steel end caps
outer diameter 0.607"

L'il Mama poly tube
inner diameter 0.616"
outer diameter 0.741"
length 1.121"

Big Daddy steel tube
inner diameter 0.62"
outer diameter 0.75"
length 1.556"

L'il Mama pyrex tube (edges have been melted with a blowtorch so they are not sharp)
inner diameter 0.622"
outer diameter 0.748"
length 1.09"

The L'il Mama pyrex tube fits on the VPX Cartomator bases snugger than with its own L'il Mama end caps, if you have a VPX Cartomator and need to use a liquid that cracks tanks, you can order tubes from BigDaddyVapor and they will fit just fine. No need to order a whole new kit and kaboodle.

I've had the s steel tube for over a month now and I really like it--when I'm in doubt about a juice I just use it so I don't have to worry about cracks.I plan to get a few more soon.I didn't get the pyrex--how are you finding it?Does it seem fragile?

Pyrex tank seems sturdy, I dropped it from about 4' onto a plywood subfloor today while I was trying to screw it back onto my Darwin and it survived. Seems great so far, I like being able to see when I'm running low on liquid so that I don't burn the carto out early. I'd recommend it for sure, it's the same thickness as the steel tube is.
