You can also get the PayPal debit card so you can shop at vendors that don't accept PayPal.

Capella's and Perfumer's Apprentice sell food flavorings that we just happen to use for vaping; otherwise all US-based vaping suppliers cannot use paypal as per the paypal rules. Because it's currently in a legal limbo, Paypal wants to keep themselves away from it at the moment.

I assume Liberty-Flights gets around it since they're in the UK, though they ship from California. /shrug
