No receipt for payment ?

I ordered a Shockwave last night and have had no receipt for payment or conformation of order, i'm stressing out here could i get some help please.

Hi...I would surely email them and ask for one to be sent to you....I assume you ordered it online...and see if there is a contact number..email...ticket system...I don't know where you bought it..but I would make sure to contact them..they may have a site right here in ECF....check it out...type them in up in the R hand corner...Good luck with that..odds are you will get one...don't stress..unless you have to try and contact them first....take care...

It automatically sends you out one when you complete the order, however when it doesn't, most times its just a simple matter of you being off a digit or letter when typing in your email address, so no worries, just shoot me a PM with your real name and email address and i can forward it to you when i get into work this coming week.

I received mine promptly at noon Friday, so perhaps there's been a system issue over the weekend.

Could have been an email glitch, wrong email or sometimes spam filters consider them spam if they don't recognize the email address they are coming from. Regardless, i forwarded the receipts back out to you via email. Let me know if you don't get them.

I have received your receipt for
Order number 11736, that was regarding the batteries that i ordered. thank you again. but that's not the receipt i'm looking for. the receipt i was looking for was the receipt saying that i made the order for the shockwave, which i ordered on April 24, 2012. regarding the 11736 are the batteries that i ordered on May 1, 2012. the receipt that i didn't get was the receipt of shockwave pre-order. would you checked again the receipt, and send it thru my email. because it was charged to my credit card already. thank you very much.
