No response from HealthCabin

There has to be something wrong with Amy. She always ships within 24 hours. I have several ways of reaching her, i'll see whaty I can find out for you.

Thank you TDM. Any help is appreciated. I am at dead end. I hope they are not out of business. Their Live Chat said "online" but no one available. Below is my order number:

To the OP,

With all due respect, you come across as a spammer trying to discredit the company that you named in your post.

1)It's your first post on these boards.
2)You are concerned that the supplier has closed down shop.
3)People are sheeple..they may start to worry (unnecessarily, IMO) also and badmouth the supplier.
4)Said supplier has their own forum wher you can post and have a better chance of them seeing it.

Just my 2cents

I ordered some e-liquid from HealthCabin almost two days ago and they still haven't shipped my orders. Has anyone also encountered the same problem with them? I emailed them 3 times regarding my shipping info. and still no response from them. What the heck is going on:confused: I don't think I want to buy anything again from this vendor.


I am sorry to hear that. :(

You placed your order 5:28 p.m. on Sep.25th, a Friday afternoon (our time). so you did not catch our shipment timing on the friday.

I am sorry that we can not ship your order immediately, because we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

as for your emails, I am sorry that we did not reply immediately because we do not work on weekends either.

I am very sorry that I just read your email, because we were off on weekends. I did not know that you had been eagerly waiting for our reply.

as for live chat, thank you for trying to communicate with us by live chat. I will be there when we are working. i guess, you did not realize the time difference between you and us.

Thank you very much for telling me that. If you did not do that, I would never have a chance to make an explaination.

I really hope that you and all other our customers will be happy with doing business us.

If you still feel unhappy, please just let us know. I will do my best to make you happy. :)
 
Why turn this thread into flame the OP?? Amy came in and answered the guy. So why continue attacking him??

todoRnottodo Amy has answered you so I guess all is wekk. She will probably ship on Monday so you should have your order by Friday. You will definately be happy. :)

Amy did email me. Thanks again. Those that attacked me were just having a little fun. :)

....if you don't have patience...sometimes it's not a good idea to order from overseas,especially when their weekend has already started.
