First, I would much rather do this behind the scenes, however since I have not gotten a reply or response yet I'm going to go out on a limb here, since I am not absolutely sure if this is the correct thread or not even after reading a couple of other threads . . .
More Importantly, I do not want to put in the "Sin Bin" for making a statement or for even trying to get some assistance here . . .
I would like to know - What is the hierarchy here on ECF and who does someone have to go though to get something done if the person you have contacted (Moderator/Administration) does not respond within a reasonable amount of time . . .
ESPECIALLY - Without having to wait for days until someone (a Moderator) will finally get back to an ECF Member with an issue or simple request . . .
Or Worse - An ECF Member having to constantly keep asking and/or bother those who have helped in the past ("Classwife"
, "j0ker" 
, and "Sarge" just to name a few) and that have nothing to do about that issue or situation . . .
Please know, I understand that everyone at ECF is busy, particularly with how much work it takes to run ECF and having their own real life issues to deal with, but I have a life too and I cannot get the person to respond or at least have the decency and courtesy to follow-up within a reasonable amount of time to address the issues or answer a request . . .
