Man I was excited to get my order from them, and to my delight the product was realllllllly good, however, due to the excessive PG, I cannot handle it. Also, all of the flavors in my sample pack taste nearly the same......And c'mon, their menthol ice?? What is this stuff, it really lacks any menthol flavor. Quite disappointed in my order from Halo.......On a plus note, I've got orders from many diffferent vendors coming in the mail and I am dying (hopefully not literally) to try them!!!

I've not bought a vendor juice in nearly 8 months(i diy now)...and I chased all the "must haves" for over a year trying to catch the holy grail of vaping nirvana, but I can honestly say that I dream about Halo's prime 15.

That is the only "pro juice" I would ever considering dropping big $$$ on, and if I.could ever duplicate anything even close:D

But I understand halo isn't for everyone....just my :2c:

Prime 15 is good. BUT, the refusal to give customers information on PG/VG ratio, as if that would give away the recipe or something, plus no option to order a different ratio due to preference - or need (some folks can't tolerate PG too well, and I suspect Halo's PG is high) - is a non-starter for me. Too many vendors out there with great juice that give you options. As always, YMMV.

I get that and I agree.
Me...well I'm a pg junkie so I can't relate to folks that have an intolerance.
I know it exists but luckily for me I have no issue.

I've tried a half dozen or so halo liquids and can take or leave all but prime 15...I just dig it.

I have to agree with the OP, when I first started vaping I purchased Halo's sample pack based on all the positive reviews they received on ECF , but I ended up hating most of the flavors. The only flavor I enjoyed right out of the bottle was Mystic (minty menthol) that came as a bonus, but not enough to go back to purchase the regular size bottles. The ejuices that contain their 'tobacco' base definitely needed steeping, but even so, I just wasn't a fan of the perfumy/chemically taste. I ended up dumping most of the Prime15 (nutty) in the sink, traded Tribeca (RY4) and Torque56 (herby) with another ECF member for Kringle's curse and HX3 (both light menthol, so added menthol drop and mixed with ejuice from another vender). Menthol Ice (mild menthol) and Malibu (pina colada) was just okay but also ended up in mixing with other flavors. Can't do much with Tiki (spicy) as the flavor is overpowering and the bottle is still sitting on my desk, I only vape it whenever my tastebud play tricks on me. Overall, it was a disappointed experience for me, but it made me realize why everybody keep on emphasizing that taste is subjective when they're being asked to recommend an ejuice. Well, it's most likely you'll run into flavors you don't enjoy more than those you do in the future, so remember to buy small sample bottles (3-5ml) from venders which let you choose your own selection. If you're into menthol, do yourself a favor and DIY menthol drop or purchase it from TFA, it'll help make some of the ejuices that you usually don't enjoy more vapable. Also, look around for vapor lounges in your area as they tend to sell ejuice and would let you try out the flavors. Good luck on your journey to find THE ejuice for that perfect vape. Happy vaping. :vapor:

Actually, I have a DIY replica of P15 that is SPOT-ON! (not made by me)

Too many people these days need to know the ratio; however, if anyone has pg issues, Halo is not for you anyway, so knowing the ratio is almost irrelevant -- it is high pg, period!

I haven't tried a lot of Halo juice but I have tried Midnight Apple, Belgian Cocoa, and Kringle's Curse and I like all of those. I lean more towards PG heavy juices though. It's always about your preference. I say, if you don't like it, don't buy it. If it's a product not enough people like then they'll change or stop making it. I can't even count the number of times I've ordered juice from places and wound up not liking it. It's a risk you take with any product you buy. My opinion is you keep searching for the product that makes your perfect vape. If you can't find it, look into making it yourself.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't like the liquids you purchased. Halo is one of my top manufacturers. In these times of self regulation, I appreciate their quality standards.

I'm not sure why they insist on keeping their ratios such a secret, but they certainly aren't the only ones doing it.

I'd be vaping Halo's Turkish without a doubt if it weren't for the high PG (I assume; Johnny and the Halo crew won't say). If it were available as 100% VG, I'd be buying it by the liter! As I said on another thread, PG/VG ratio is equivalent to the alcohol content of booze ... knowing whether a particular tipple is 80 Proof or 150 Proof makes a big difference to me as a consumer, and it tells me nothing about how the hooch is formulated. Why the big secret?
