Went to the Indiana State Fair. Out of all of the booths and vendors we saw, we didn't see one Vape booth or shop. A vape shop could have made their money yesterday on opening day. I saw about 15 fellow vapers and we all asked each other if we had seen one. You would think that either Halo or Joytech would had one there or atleast a local vape shop here. There were NADA... Unbelieveable......

I went to the Orange County, CA fair twice this year and thought for sure they'd have vape booths. Not a single one. Very surprised. I think this would be an EXCELLENT outlet for a vape shop to take advantage of. Hopefully the LA County fair will have a few...

I believe that OC does Not Allow any Tobacco or Tobacco Related Products at the Fair.

The problem is that most fairs are organized by local governments that are so far out of touch they probably don't even know what vaping is. For instance when they do road checks here in Virginia and you are vaping they will pull you out of the car like a drug dealer. Yes even in a dress shirt and tie coming home from work. When I went to new Orleans this past summer we went to the insectarium...which is in their customs building. When I put my mod through the Cray scanner....the attendant said hey man nice ecig!

Do not get me started with the OC Fair and the OC Fairgrounds. Folks let me clue you in....apparently the state of California has it out for anyone attempting to sell an ecigarette or a vapor product. They own the land and they have instructed the on-site management not to allow any vendors for the swapmeet to sell ecigarettes. This has been going on for several years. If a vendor is selling ecigarettes or vaporizers on the fairgrounds they are doing so against managements rules and authorization.

I can Only speak for Orange County CA.

But they are Very knowable about e-Cigarettes. As well they should be. Seeing that they are about the 5th Largest County in the USA population wise.
