Noalox question

For those of you that use noalox on your mod do you just do the threads or pins too? like negative and positive pin in a mech mod that touch the battery

Personally I wipe it on both pos and neg contacts on the mod and the batteries as well but think you only really need to use it on the pos contact of your mod to give better conductivity and to reduce arcing.

I have however switched over to Deoxit Gold pen as it is super easy and clean (just sort of draw it on with a marker tip pen and let it dry).

I used to use it on all the contacts in my mechanical mods including the 510 connection. I didn't really find it helped much though and it is a pain to clean and replace. These days I typically don't use anything and find that just regular mod cleaning is doing it for me.

Thanks guys, anyone else had experience with Noalox? I bought a bottle of it as it's supposed to help with conductivity

I clean everything off

then apply
then wipe it all almost back off
thinking I don't want to heat and inhale it

little more left on threading seems ok in my mind...

helps with galling, conductivity, kinda lubrication

I use it on all my mods, on all the threading I don't use on the contacts.

Use it on all my mechs but just when I clean my switch. Seems to smooth things out a bit. All other threads just keep clean.
