Noisy Cricket Question

Hey guys and gals

I just bought a noisy cricket. Now, I know that there is no locking button (hopefully jaybo will come up with a reverse threaded locking button on the v2 if its ever made), but I was thinking about it this morning. Would it logical to just unscrew the button far enough to where it doesn't make contact with the battery so that you can have peace of mind if you want to put it in your pocket and not worry about auto firing?

Makes sense that it would work, but I just wanted to run it by the pros here. Thanks

I don't own one but I think that could work. I also saw a Reddit post recently about an aftermarket button lock or something. Let me see what I can Google.

There is that, someone made a 3D printable button lock, most people are unscrewing the button or completely taking it out and flipping it over

Wouldn't it just be easier to take the atty off ?
Or just use a reg mod for pocket duty ?

Here is my answer to an all day carry option for my Noisy Cricket. Just bought a small cell phone case. Fits PERFECT!
