It appears to me that almost all of vapers are ex smokers. Are there any vapers who never smoked or never considered themselves as a smoker?

I've only ever met one, a friend of mine got her sister into vaping to help her quit smoking, although she's never smoked herself, she started vaping along side with her, always using 0mg nicotine of course. She never feels the need to do it but enjoys it when she does, and she says she can stop any time she wants.
An associate of mine vapes 0mg e-liquid and has never smoked before, but I can't imagine that I would have become a vaper if I had never smoked.
Sorry about leaving the smokeless tobacco users out! Awesome that you quit that habit. Maybe should have titled the thread, "ex Tobacco Users."
I considered myself a non smoker. I use to hookah with the wife every other week and pipe smoking every couple months or so when I played poker with my friends. A cigar a few times a year. Now I vape and have always vaped 0 nic. A side effect that I welcomed was it helped curbed a bit of my sweet tooth when I vaped sweet dessert like flavors.
a lady at my vape shop was not a smoker either but she said since she was working there she needed to know how the liquids were that she was making and be able to know about the products she was selling so she started vaping. She also stated she has lost weight since she started. she vapes sweet liquids and she said it has curbed her desire to eat sweets all the time.
I have that addiction as well. So far it seems like smoking food to vape sweet liquid, but still kinda new to this. One thing at a time. My lard (bad word) comes next.
Never met a non ex-tobacco user who vapes.

I'm a non smoker just smoked hookah on the weekends nd used to smoke something green that can't be named on here

I have a few co-workers that weren't 'smokers' really. They would either have a cigar or bum cigarettes when they were drinking. So now instead of bumming the smokes they use their vaporizers instead; they also say they don't use them on a regular basis, just when drinking or playing cards, etc...
My wife was also telling me she had a coworker who vapes to quit smoking and to curb his sweet tooth. Vapes apple pie and said it worked for him.
A couple of my close friends that vape have never smoked or did, but very infrequently (i.e. drinking, after a nice meal out). Mostly in it for the hobby or cloud chasing aspect. I've been smoke free thanks to vaping for 5 months and don't judge them at all.
