Just hear me out since I know quite a few people disapprove of this-
I live in an area that is extremely drying and has very low humidity. I first discovered e-cigs after failing to find a convenient, portable nebulizer to my liking. I read on these forums that e-cigs have almost the same mechanics as nebulizers. Plus, their convenience is undeniable. I need something that I can take with me out of the house, as the air dries me out in a matter of hours. Unfortunately, my humidifier at home can't combat this.
So, I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to achieve a similar hydrating effect with an e-cig, comparable to a nebulizer. If that is even possible. I know that e-cigs require the use humectants, however, I've been reading on here that Vegetable Glycerin, as opposed to Propylene Glycol, is not drying. I've also been reading about using saline, menthol, capella, and EM. If anyone has tried these methods, or different methods, or has some knowledge about them, your opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I absolutely am not considering the use of Nicotine. I have never tried it, as I have no reason to. Not that there is anything wrong with people who do use Nicotine, it's just not for me. I'm sorry if I offend anyone by considering vaping as a nonsmoker, I don't mean to be insensitive to those who genuinely need it.
Thanks for having an open mind.
