[NOOB] Can't post

Trying to post a thread and keep getting the foloowing error:

You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more.

I've checked and re-checked my post and there are no links...

I think you are restricted to the new member forum until you hit 15. After that you can do a lot more including adding a signature to your posts.

mbaker might be right about 10. I think it is 15 for you to be able to ad a smoke free banner or signature to your posts.

Well, that's the issue. I'm trying to post a rather large question, but, it won't allow me to.

Think it was an issue with tags...There was a restriction there as well. Removed them and it allowed the post...It's up now...Thanks
