Shoot I had it all typed up and got logged out.

Bought Pen style e-cig from a place called Smart Smoke here in my home town beginning of Febuary.Spent 170.00 for 2 pens and the rest of the goodies that go with it.Right off the bat.One battery is DOA.At this point both batteries are so bad.Very little draw. And one of atomizer's is dead too.Not to mention I go through a lot of juice.15ml once a week. Not sure if that is normal.Cartridges go dry pretty quick.Have to keep juicing them up constantly.

They do warranty their parts if I keep buying juice from them.Thinking to replace and move on to a new set-up.Something dependable.Hoping you could recommend and give advice.

Have noted threads to avoid the mall kiosk vendors.Well..guess what.Mine came from a mall kiosk.Bought it after the fact.

Welcome to the ECF. You probably are better off getting another device, unfortunately. Get some warranty replacements from them while you can, but you probably don't want to spend any more there. My recommendation would be an eGo or Riva, and I'm sure others will chime in with more options.

15ml a week isn't too terrible.

I'll take all the options I can get.As long as I can rely on the brand.Haven't had a "real" cigarette since March 7th.Took me awhile to transition and to make sure my e-cig wasn't going to fail me.Well.. now it's failing me and I feel a little panicky about it.

As long as I'm going to ditch the Smart Smoke brand.I might as well void the warranty and look for cheaper juice.Opinions on that issue would be appreciated.

I'd log on the Liberty Flights web page and take a look at the Riva 510 Lite Bundle. You get 2 750mah batts, 2 510 style atties, a cone (dresses up the unit), and a quick charger. If you click on the 20% off icon at the top of the page, the price decreases to $29.99 (at the moment). This is a solid deal, since most suppliers are getting $50 - $65 for a similar kit. And, the quality is superb. It all comes in a nice leatherette box with a magnetic closure, velvet cushion molded interior for storage, etc. It's not just a ziploc bag in a USPS envelope type of deal.

You can add the Ego-t tank atomizer and carts later to upgrade it. The compatibility with 510 attys gives you a range of options that use the same batteries that come with the Riva.

im having burned taste in my vapor....wondering wats going on

Burned taste is almost always due to slow juice feeding or an atomizer that is coated over with burned juice. It can also be from poor contact between the cartridge filler material and the bridge. Clean the atomizer, check out the filler material. In a 510, for instance, it should be almost to the end of the open part of the cart and you should see an indentation where the bridge contacts the filler. No dent=poor contact and a hot vape.
