my new ecig is really down on flavour and vapor. its a riva 510.

ive been using it 2-3 days and it was brilliant yesterday. today the flavour is really not coming through and the throat hit and vapor are way down. even my mini is producing more of both. i filled a cart of each to find out.

the liquid im using is eskimo purity from libero.

im rotating the batteries, got one on charge and one in use, and as i change battery im rotating the attys too.

i took a look at the attys and it turns out ive overfilled them. blew them out and loads of juice came out. is there any way of saving them or do i need to buy more?

please help!!

Once you blow them out, it should work again. If not, try a cleaning it. Boil some water and stir the atty in it. Blow it out again. then you can either let it soak in 100proof vodka overnight or let dry overnight. Whatever you do, in the end, let it dry then once dry, prime with 4-5 drops let it sit for a min and it should be good. I am sure if you digg around, you will find that there is more than 1 way to clean an atty.

I clean my atomizers 3-4 at a time. Once clean, they are dried for a dry burn, then left dry until I'm ready to use them. In nearly two years of vaping, I've never had a dry atomizer go bad, so I have to disagree with "never let them get dry."

I think he means to not burn them dry. That will reduce the lifespan of the atty.

These guys are right. You just need to blow out the attys. If you've been vaping hard you MAY have blown them out but unlikely. You should always have extra attys. The connector on the battery may also be full of juice. Take the corner of a battery towel and wipe the connector down. You never want them to get too wet it can short them out.

thanks for the advice folks :) i put them in boiling water for a couple of hours then let them dry overnight.

when i went to use them it was great for a while, but then the flavour went as if it was empty, when i checked the cart was full :(

i really dont know what to do. im going through juice like mad, i went through 15ml last week alone.

somehow ive also killed 2 batteries :( they dont work, they dont charge either

I'm not a big fan of the attys that cane with my riva. I don't think they are that great of quality. After only a couple fills and clean on mine, they are weak and give a light draw and clog up really easy. The bauway on my vv box mod on the other hand hasn't given me any sort of trouble like the ones the riva came with. My suggestion? Go with some boge 2.0 ohm cartos or get some higher quality atomizers and you will be happy

If you using carts, what kinda juice you using? I believe VG juice don't wick well since it's so thick. You might want to try dripping while you figure out the problem. I remember trying carts a while back and they didn't work for me since I do vg juice so dripping it is for me.
As for dry burning, it may reduce your atty life if you don't do it right. I have poped my atty before cuz I didn't know what I was doing.
Always helps to have extra attys. I get mine from avid vaper. Cisco 1.5 atty. But I might have to stop and get standard rez since I kinda stopped using 3.7 V mod. My vv box mod is way better than anything I tried. Beats my inferno and my 3.7box mod.
