I've been floating around the Newbie forum for a few weeks and just got my 901 a few days ago. Charged the batts yesterday and I'm awaiting input on mixing my initial batch of juice. I didn't even know there WAS a women's room, that's awesome!

Hope this sub-forum continues to grow.

Anxious to not be stinky anymore...hopefully e-smoking won't draw as much static from my almost adult (and I use that term loosely ) kids. I have a 25 yr. old who lives/teaches special ed in DC and a 22 yr. old still home along with an 18 yr. old who will be leaving for college in the fall.

I've been trying to get started with this on the sly, gathering info and supplies undetected...lol. Today everyone is FINALLY out of the house. DH and son are at work after being home TOO long (construction and the weather here hasn't been co-operative) and daughter is back at school after spring break so I have some privacy at last....

Anyway...great to find you gals, hope to be able to contribute something here.

Hi Lorraine :) Think it will - it's so nice to have as a counterpoint to PV concerns.

I'm sure they will be appreciative. My 21 yr old daughter has always been non-judgemental, but she was obviously delighted.

I work in a doctor's office and we have two pts named Lorraine. Both are a really out there and one makes Tammy Faye's makeup look subdued....so yeah, not many around and hard to find good ones. :)

My sis is a nurse who helps out now and then in surgeries - I hear her occasionally, maybe once a year or so, blow her top about one or two patients. Takes all sorts to make a world...:)

ahhh.....you mean 8-25?

my first thought was 3-100 :D

I lurked a good while also... I guess my mom taught me well, before I buy anything fairly big, or try something new like this, I research heavily.

I'm seeing that it's a new addiction in itself, though. I have this, but now I want that, and that, and ooooo.. let's try that flavor smoke juice...

Y'all are making me feel young! I've been living 1500 miles away from my family since about 4 years ago, and most of the people I spend time around are year-wise older than me. The only time it ever comes up are situations like when a song comes on the radio and somebody says "Man, I remember this song from college/high school"...where I remember it being popular in Elementary or Middle School. Or talking about TV shows that they watched while I was on Sesame Street.

To be fair, people MY age (23) make me feel old a lot of times.

23? Ohhh... to be there again!

The oldest I ever felt was a few years ago. I was out on a date, and the gentleman and I had gone to a club to have a bite to eat and listen to some music. The band stepped out on stage, and I thought I recognized the guitar player/lead singer, but I wasn't wearing my glasses, therefore, wasn't sure. We danced closer to the stage, and I recognized the singer, alright. I used to babysit him when I was a teenager.

Needless to say, I suggested an early trip home LOL

lol....I used to say to DH..."Is (child's name) here today or did that other kid show up?" (Who ARE you and WHAT have you done with my child?)

My oldest is 25 and was a breeze. Never an issue, gifted child, excellent grades, never really worried about her judgement at all. We thought "what's so hard about raising teenagers?" My middle child is 22 and he gave us a run for our money. He was out to be the exact opposite of child #1 and I credit him for 99% of my gray hair. He's come around and cleaned up his act, but honestly, I thought he was gonna kill me (not literally of course but stress-wise, many tears shed and sleepless nights).
My 18 year old is more like her sister so we've not had issues with her aside from major ATTITUDE....

Did I mention how tired I am???

Lorraine, you sound like me. I have a 24 (girl), 22, and 18 (boys). Only my youngest is responsible for my gray hairs. Fortunately, he's settled down quite a bit now.

Breaks your heart to see your kids struggle...my middle one wears his heart on his sleeve, very tenderhearted kid which made it even more heartwrenching....Yeesh, I've got tears running down my face here....lol.

But, life is good, I've got my son back....I knew he was still in there somewhere! :)

Good grief Menolly I have pantyhose older then you!
I am not jealous, been there married that! No way do I want a repeat performance. I love the fact that I can say "58 years old and still kicking" lol
Having kids at 19 and 20 means I have 16 and 9 year old grandsons. There is the reward! Those guys make me laugh and feel all warm and snuggly and then they go home!;)
Having to help the 16 year old get his first driver's permit wasn't fun, but it was great to watch a muscle bound macho man (in his own mind) quake in his boots by having to answer a few questions on line. No worries about the actual drivers test, I have had him driving since he was 4 (on my dirt road). The little one is a brain, so it will the other way around for him.
