First let me say I'm always up for a challenge. However I am a facts nut. If I'm not certain, it takes me forever to get going on a new venture. I want to know it should work out in the end.

I see no stickies on actual measuring methods, accurate reproduction at different volumes, measurement translations or the like.
Threads I have read seem to be all over the place on these same issues.
Drops - From what device? Pipette, bottle top dropper, eye dropper
i.e. I have 6 plastic bottles that have different drip tops. All produce differing amounts of liquid dispensed.

Obviously I will need to understand in order to make reasonable test batches and do adjustments to taste.

Mixing in ML seems to be a no brainer once I know what I like and can get the amounts converted(within reason)

I put together a decent order with bout 35 flavors, nic(to dilute) PG/VG, Bottles(3,5,10.30ml), Pipettes(1,3ml) and syringes(1,3,5ml)

I do understand flavoring volume will depend on supplier, flavor strength and personal taste.

So, how do we get this party started?:D

I would recommend starting with single flavors at first. I make a base first which is just nic, pg and vg in the ratio I like 60:40 pg/vg 18mg/mL. Then I just take ~20mL of that base and add ~5-7% flavoring per volume (1-1.4mL of flavor concentrate). Let it sit for a few days giving it a good shake once a day. After three days I give it a test vape, if it's too much flavor I add some base, if it's not flavorful enough add a bit more flavoring. That's about it. Once you get comfortable with single flavor mixes then move on to multi flavor mixes.

Perfect for new mixers.
1.5ml of Capella's Flavor Drops Sweet Tangerine
8.5ml of base PG, VG, or PG/VG (With or without nic)
Cap
Shake
Vape

Find some other recipes to try while vaping your smooth orange juice.

Could it be that simple with TFA?
I have:
Apple Candy
Strawberry
Strawberries & Cream
Raspberry
Grape Juice
Peach
Juicy Peach
Watermelon

I also have some coffee types and other mixer flavors that will be used late once I have a clue.:)

I always use the same pipettes when mixing. They're basically just a generic plastic dropper. I counted drops of a flavoring into a syringe to kind of calibrate how many drops make a ml, so I always know where I'm at. For me, it's 36 drops per ml. It's fairly easy to figure out percentages from there of any given flavor. The pipettes are supposed to be disposable but I rinse them out with hot water and squeeze and swirl PGA in them and reuse them, syringes get the same treatment. For PG, VG, and nic I use syringes since they're a different viscosity. The flavorings seem to be about the same viscosity so the drops work fine.

For different volumes (and just regular recipes) I use one of the calculators. I like this one Simple E-Liquid (E-Juice) Recipe Calculator because it has many different calculators with variables. One of the more popular ones is a download but doesn't seem to work on my computer well.

Might be that simple. I've blogged about finding the level of flavoring that works...

The one I posted is just a shockingly simple mix that the best single flavoring mix I've ever encountered.

Enjoyed the Blog read. Helps to have people that take the time to give good sound advice.

Goal 1 - Achieve a few nice fruit type flavors to rotate
Goal 2 - a good repeatable Recipe for a coffee or cappuccino I will enjoy

No miracles expected but hope to get these down without to much waste of either time or materials. Once this is accomplished I can relax and enjoy creating other flavors.

This is the best syringe I have used so far syringe.jpg

I use it without a needle because the pg and vg are so thick. You can use the bottle adapter to get pg or vg out of small necked bottles. Also, a great tip from this forum is to cover the markings on the syringe with tape so they don't disappear.
