Noob Posting Question

I have been vaping for 3 weeks now. ZERO analogs. After smoking for 20 years it's simply amazing. I would like to have the banner that says, "I have been smoke free for xxdays, $$s aved, and analogs avoided. How do you get this to appear on your posts?
