noob question about 510

As far as I know they are all compatible but they are not all exactly the same. The atty on one set of mine is much different than the other set.
Yeah they are mostly the same. However, my L2 doesn't take the regular 510 carts very well, they tend to fall out easily. One L2 atty is a little tighter than the other though.
As far as I know, there are two actual manufacturers of 510 devices. JOYE is the original, and I believe SLB is the clone manufacturer, although I could be mistaken and it's a different company altogether.
I've read reports that the clone stuff doesn't compare to the original JOYE parts, but I've only ever gotten JOYE parts, so can't comment directly on the quality of the cloned stuff.
Now, as far as different 'names' are concerned, more than likely what you are seeing is branding by the vendor. You could visit 10 different vendors who all sell 510's under 10 different names, but chances are they are all JOYE510 devices.
