Hey all. I was going to post this in the New Members section, but figured it was best to post here, since I wasn't sure I could mention the name of the vendor over there...

I bought my first batch of e-juice from one company a couple of weeks ago at 18 mg strength, and the flavor was strong, but unfortunately, I didn't like the taste of most of them. So I ordered some 0 nicotine juice in similar (complementary) flavors from a second company, and they tasted...okay... but weak. Some were just plain bad. I ended up adding in some of the first company's juice just to get some flavor from the second company's juice, because I didn't want to think I'd wasted money on stuff that I wouldn't use. So, I got "meh" flavor by mixing half and half, cutting the nicotine level down to about 9 mg. Some were at least palatable mixes, though there are some bottles I think I'm just going to have to toss (luckily, they were all samplers from both companies, so it wasn't too bad, financially). The flavors of either company didn't improve over time, so it wasn't a matter of steeping, just personal preference, I think.

I bought my first batch of juice here at the 14 mg level, and the flavors have been great, so far. Reeeeeally good. I want to order some of the same flavors without nicotine, so I'm not staying up all night wired on a nicotine high because I can't seem to watch tv or surf the net in the evenings without constantly vaping on my Riva (like last night. I still haven't slept. Luckily, I don't have to work today. :p).

So, does nicotine affect the amount of flavor? Or will I be sacrificing flavor for a 0 nicotine juice? Not worried about TH or anything, just flavor.

Thanks in advance!

If anything, I would think nic would affect flavor adversely. But if, in that line of thought, a vendor were to use less flavoring on 0 nic juice because of that, then you would get a weaker flavor.

I have not had that experience with T, but As low as I've tasted so far is the 12mg. That is to say I've not noticed any difference in the range of 24 to 12 mg.

Your gonna taste the flavor MORE with the 0 nic in my opinion, however with Tammy's juice it seems she never lacks on flavor and out of any juice vendors she has or adds more flavoring then any in my opinion only of course and I have used them all when it comes to juice vendors. It's a really good idea to cut down your Nic after dinner time too, definitely helps me get to sleep, if I do sleep that is, hahahah
