Noob saying Thanks!!!!

Ok, total newbie at this but I just wanted to say thanks to all the members for posting so much valuable information… I don’t think I would understand any of this if it wasn’t for some key posts, so great work.

I have smoked analogs (still learning the vaping language) for 14 years and have tried to quit almost every way possible. A friend at work told me about e-cigs a few weeks ago, I liked the idea so much that I ran out to the mall and bought a Smoking-everywhere gold edition e-cig and have been frustrated ever since. I have been back there just about every three days telling the guy it just doesn’t work. The vender being no help and me thinking it might be the way I was pulling on it or something I decided to get online and see if anyone else has had the same problem, that’s when I found the forum and my life will hopefully be changed forever (analog free). I did some research and thought that the 510 was probably the right one for me so I ordered it today and can’t wait to give it a try. Granted I might have gone a little bit crazy and ordered a little bit more than I needed but still spent less than I would in month of analogs, hopefully I will get it soon. This might have been a little bit winded but I guess I am just really excited for a piece that works. Well anyways, I just wanted to say hello, thanks, and can’t wait to be part of the forum.

The 510 is a great choice. Just remember, it might take a couple of days for the atty to break in and start vaping the way it is meant to. New attys usually have primer in them that is nasty. I usually take a tissue and gently put it down in the atty to sak up the primer then put 3 drops of a strong flavored juice on it. So far this has worked for me every time. Also, you should probably get a PCC if you haven't already. The only flaw I've found with the 510 is the battery life.

Welcome to the forum! The 510 is an excellent PV (Personal Vaporizer.... another new vaping term for ya). I don't know how "crazy" you got, but lots of extras are a good thing for any model. You'll want several batteries & atomizers, a couple chargers, passthroughs are very handy, and of course plenty of e-liquid!

Good luck, and you'll find plenty of good tips for the 510 as well as a forum full of helpful people.

They cost a little bit more, OK a good bit more, but the passthroughs at PureSmoker are great and last long enough to make them the best buy on a passthrough. JMHO, but PureSmokers battery mods and passthroughs rule! And no I don't have any financial interest in PureSmoker.
