My Inawera stuff arrived last week, and I nearly keeled over when I opened the box. Everything looked so laboratory-ish I felt quite intimidated, and there was so damn much of everything . . . ! Holy cow. I had no idea it would all be so science-y looking.

But, actually, it's fun! I really like this mixing thing!

Now that my mixtures have had a few days to sit around, I can proudly say that I've made a couple of things I really like (Grand Marnier Truffle and Cherry Tart are my faves so far) and I'm quite happy about the whole project. I can see this being a VERY entertaining hobby, and I want to thank everybody for their great advice.

Congrats, it is a lot of fun. I really enjoy making my own juices...especially when you hit those that taste better than anything you have purchased. That's when you know you're "getting it"!!!! Feel free to share your successes once you get them dialed in enough for "pride of ownership". The back and forth sharing on this community is the addicting part...lol. Continued success!
