So I'm in my 1st month of vaping, which IMHO is the most costliest!!! I started on the Smok Ego Mini Express, just order the MVP 2.0 w/ the Iclear 16, and considering ordering the Smok SiD and with that choice I was looking to try out a couple of tanks. The 3 that I'm considering are the Smok Trophy, the Kanger Protank II, or the Iclear 30B... I've been doing alot of research on youtube but I cant seem to make a decision. I personally like the Bottom fed coil, & pyrex tank features. Any insight or personal recommendation would be greatly appreciated, as the title states I'm a complete NoooB, but I learn quick...

These are great for $10.....
RGM2 Bottom Coil Glassomizer (2.0mL) | FireCracker Vapor
If you are looking for a bigger tank...
Protank-II Style Bottom Coil Clearomizer (2.5mL) | FireCracker Vapor
If you are looking for a rebuildable...
Kayfun v3.1 ES Style Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) | FireCracker Vapor
And some damn good juice to put in that tank once you get it...
FireCracker Juice | FireCracker Vapor

If you don't mind the shipping wait time, that Protank 2 style is half that price at Fasttech (which is a misnomer when shipping to the us!) $9.39 Protank-II Style Bottom Coil Clearomizer (2.5mL) - translucent / 2.5ohm / beauty ring at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The RGM2 at fasttech is just over $3, and the Kayfun is also about half price. With free shipping on all orders. :2c:
Just don't be in a hurry to get it...

recomendation: stay away from the SID, get a vamo or a lavatube, heck smok has a brand new VV mod out, it looks almost like a vamo with a battery indicator. if your going to buy Smok buy the new one it looks like a Vamo knockoff

for clearos: The Smok ARO is the choice. Specially for BCC clearos that my opinion.

Nice....I'm pretty partial to Smok since that's were I started w/ego mini...my current setup right now on the MVP is the ARO vice the included iclear 16B... I was completely unaware Smok had new VV mod, I'll definatly have to check it out !!

Initially, it is hard decision. However, since they are all very nice tanks, you can't go wrong with any of them.
Having said that, some minor details to make confuse help you more. :D

While ProTank II is excellent tank, AeroTank delivers new level of performance. Adjustable airflow makes world of difference. You can certainly stay with PT II, but switching the base to AeroTank base will make it better.

iClear 30S have been proven to be a great tank. Many prefer the warmer vapor from top coil design and 30S is a great choice for that. 30B isn't as good as 30S and ProTank is much better choice for bottom coil design.

Nautilus is brand new to the market but the performance is arguably the best dual bottom coil design so far. Downside is the high price tag and its huge size.

Another thing to consider is the lifespan of atomizer head. Based on my personal experience, iClear 30S last the longest (but refills are expensive) followed by Nautilus. ProTank atomizer heads are known for its short lifespan, but they are cheapest and easy to dry burn/rebuild.

I had iClear 30S tanks on my SVD. I'll agree that they are very good tanks. I have two of them and neither one has ever leaked a drop.

So after ordering the protank II, and went to my local B&M, and to my surprise they had re-stocked so I ended up leaving w/ a dual coil protank 3.. I've heard and seen alot of negative reviews on it but after having nothing but success w/ the protank II, fron the ease of use, sturdiness, and vapor production I figured why not give it a shot. After 24 hours of use I can't even notice a difference between the 2 other that the 3 requiring a different coil... I think the protank is going to be my "Go-to" for the next couple of months!!!
