Ah, you're outside my area of expertise. I only use one calculator and I have just a passing interest in the final PG/VG ratio as I find it more bother than it is worth. I just shoot for "a little VG", "some VG", and "a bunch of VG" and leave it at that. (I can go back and calculate the final if I ever wanted to, but I don't since the little/some/bunch thing works great for me.)

Hopefully someone who is rigid on PG/VG ratios will chime in.

If you go to 16ml it gets pretty easy. For whatever size you make, use 1/3 nic liquid (48/3=16). The VG in that is approximately 7% of your targeted batch (20%x.33), so you can add 25% VG you will end up at approximately 32% vg. The last step is to fill your container, if marked, to the targeted amount with flavorings (typically PG based) and PG and you're done. If not using a marked container, here's a formula - where B is the batch size - .33B Nic + .25B VG + .42B PG/Flav

30ml example:
10ml 48mg nic (1/3 of 30)
7.5ml VG (1/4 of 30)
12.5ml PG & Flavorings (30 -17.5)

End result - 16mg, 20.5ml PG, 9.5ml VG - approximately 68/32 pg/vg

Hope that helps!
