Hi, all! I've been lurking for a bit and just joined today! I live in an apt building that recently went smoke free... I'm in Massachusetts and it seems to be the way things are going... Anyway, I tried some snus and a cheap throwaway from the gas station. After a lot of research, I found a fairly local store and bought an ego. I'm loving it! Need to get some new flavors soon as coffee and tobacco are starting to get a bit old... I keep watching youtube reviews of all the wonderful flavors out there and mods and want it ALL!!!!!

Welcome to ECF :)

There are so many flavors. So many vendors. So many variables...

I have found in order not to make myself go CRAZY, I decided to pick types of flavors that I generally want to enjoy during certain times of the day... Fill my cartos and rotate them around a bit ..

Dont be afraid to experiment with flavor mixing either, especially if you are mixing juice from the same vendor.
( IE- Backwoods Brew ... so many flavors mix so well with one another... Like Vanilla Bean & Malty )

Juice I try and find I dont care for, I give to my PV converts.. LOL... Because taste is so subjective.
Some buddies really like juices that I didnt dig at all.

Hey, Everyone is happy.

Peace, Good Luck and God Bless.

- Vin

on a principled level - the no smoking in your apartment thing, that is so shockingly bogus that I can't even believe it.

with that said, it sounds as though some significant good has come from it, which is that you've found a miraculous (for me) path to quitting! congratulations, enjoy, welcome to the forum!

Thanks, everyone! Having a blast here, so far! Just got a steals and deals offer, so my first online order has been placed! WooHoo! As far as the apt, I think it is totally bogus. We have a right to quiet enjoyment, but so do the non-smokers, so smokers lose out on that one.... I think I should have the right to do something legal behind the closed doors of my apt! Money seems to be the main factor behind this, as landlords are able to save money on their insurance... They made sure to tell us that we could not expect any improvement in our indoor air quality though, d'oh! This being said, I NEVER would have even tried vaping if it were not for this!

Welcome Snus, glad you're vaping & with us here! As for your Nazi landlords' insistence that you & your neighbors breathe communal air, that's not at all surprising these days. Of course objections to exposure to other people's smoke is understandable if the smoke is identifiable, but what about all those *unidentifiable* things in that same air you're all sharing - things that might be one helluva lot more lethal than cigarette smoke?

IMO the landlord shouldn't be allowed to have it both ways; either the air quality within his building is his business *and* his responsibility, or it isn't. D**n Nazis. I'd ask y'all to please keep those scumbags up North but it's 'way too late for that... we've already got a right large infestation of 'em down here in the Southland as well.

On the bright side though, for now, Happy Vaping! :vapor:

A word of warning, we all go through that try everything stage. I'll encourage that within reason. The next stage is to think you've found what you want to stick with and stock up. Then you try one more thing and find that you have a bunch of the wrong stuff. Wait at least 6 months before building up a stock of one thing.

yea definitely try sampler packs and singles with various pg/vg till you find the types you favor. For instance i read that alot of people love snickerdoodle so i bought a 20 ML bottle. needless to say after 2 hours of vaping it its now in my trade pile. just was not for me i tend to preferr fruit flavors so far, but i wish i could get into some bakery flavors... you never know. ive been vaping 11 days and so far out of around 14 or so flavors i only like 4 of em and only 1 im going to reorder for sure. Give it time to sample a wide variety of juices and you will eventually find some juices you'll enjoy.
