I thought I needed to jump on genesis RBT band wagon when I was less than 2 months into vaping and just about went insane before giving it up, if you have a lot of time on your hands (and patience) and have a huge supply of SS mesh and wire go ahead and try it. (SS cable is even more labor intensive and does not actually wick any better

I much prefer the consistency of my protank rebuilt heads - takes about 4 minutes - no hotspots to fight with - no popped coils or legs

and I already had my RBT rant a few days ago so I will not go into again

on the other hand I had someone suggest setting it up as an auto dripper with a micro coil and wick and just tip it over between vapes to feed the coil which I may try (thank god I have about 200 ft of wire)

I rebuild my Protanks, so, does that count??? I'd totally recommend a Kayfun Lite, if your vape budget hands aren't going to crazy. I would never recommend a genesis style atomizer to a noob, as they are not the easiest to rebuild at all. Do you have a torch? Do you have a ton of SS mesh? Are you prepared to deal with "hot legs". I think you'd be great to start with a Protank, which you can easily rebuild and is cheap, or a Kayfun if you want to jump right in.

I am fairly new to this, but I am military and so patience is my middle name, not really. I went ahead and jumped onto the mechanical and Rba band wagon, I have an igo-w which is fairly easy and an agi. Both by UD. I love them, the w is a dripper which is my go to until I figure out the best build for the agi. Good luck SEE47
