Hello everyone. Noobie here in beautiful chilly milwaukee. I have a eGo-CE4, it is stock and that just will not do. What can I do to pimp my cig to get the best possible smoke and last out of it. New tip, tank, atomizer battery????? Did I even get a good one or should I just build a whole brand new one and try to pawn this off to someone else??? Any links to suggestions would make it great too! Please HELP!

LOLL it's chilly everywhere. Hi and welcome to ECF. Nothing wrong with the eGo C. You can change the quality of the vape by using lower resistance cartomizers or tanks.

Egos are great for starting out! You could always buy a new battery but I'd recommend a nice carto tank . You could even try a dripping atomizer, Great for trying juices.

I was told by a B & M, that the Ego atomizer was the only "true" dripping atty?...I have used mine to sample new flavors, but I like the convenience of the tank. Just didn't know how true that statement was or if at all.

If there is a way to improve or make it truly one of a kind, then it must be done. My biggest dislike it the tank with wicks. Want to switch that out first.

I used the clearos but gave up on them 6 months ago because the Vision brand Mini Vivi Nova was far superior. I use the Vivi cuz it's easier and cheaper. If you want a superior vape I'd suggest going to a carto+ tank system. Your eGo is 510 threading. Here's the cartos that knocked my sox off when I was using an eGo class/ style PV. Also known as the Smok Tech 1.7 ohms single coil cartomizer. Realize if being used in a tank the cartos have to be punched- see below vid:



Cartomizer/ Carto- metal tube with stuffing and element. Holds anywhere form 1- 4 ml of juice. Carto is fully saturated and must be occasionally refilled when juice runs out. My Cartos last 1-2 weeks. Best Cartomizer I’ve found is the Smok Tech XL 1.7 single coil. Boge 2.0 ohm cartos will give a cooler vape. Always use single coil cartos with 3.3- 3.7 PVs for the best vape.

Carto+Tank- a Carto with a hole punched in it. Carto is than placed in a glass, metal or plastic tank which is filled with juice- juice saturates Carto by way of hole in Carto. My Cartos with a tank last, before tight draw occurs: light juices- 80-90 ml. dark juices- 50-60 ml.

hi and welcome,i'm over in racine chilly here too.....lol try a carto tank or a kanger pro tank or a mt3 or something like that the wicks are realy small on these (mt3's) if they are even called that..

Welcome. Try the Kanger T3 or MT3. They seem to vape better for me if I'm out with an eGo twist. IMO bottom feeders are more consistant. You can pick one up for about $6 and replace the heads for $2. If you don't like it your not out much money.

I find on the ego a standard slim DCT works well. I currently use vivi nova minis on my ego twists with great success. For a standard ego, I would try a vivi nova with a 1.8ohm head. That seemed to be pretty satisfying for me.

I've been using clears for a week or so and just switched to the dct. I enjoy it more because the kanger t3 I've been using gets a gurgle after a half a day of use and I have to clean the pipes in it with a napkin. The dct tank took about day to figure out. Since the change it seems tha tnever have to clean it.
