Hello, just thought to post something....just a noob to the ecig community. Been analog free for 3 days and counting... Unfortunately, I did not do enough research and just googled electronic cigarettes. The site that caught my eye was a company called purecigs.com. Without hesitation, I just went ahead and purchased their starter kit. At first, I liked the experience. But as time goes by, I found a few flaws with my ecig. Disposable cartridges does not last long, only a few hits and the battery life is only good for a few hours. The only positive thing that I liked was the tobacco High flavor. As I did further research, there were tons of different brands, models, ejuice, dripping, mods etc. I did see a few tips and tricks on youtube on how to refill but I find it too tedious to perform. I also discovered that refills are the cheapest alternative. If I had known earlier. I would have just saved a few more bucks and got a battery mod right from the start. I don't want to have to waste the 80 bucks for the kit. I was wondering if there is some sort of universal dripping cartridge that I could buy that can work with the battery from this company. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Welcome to ECF and to vaping. I am not familiar with the e-cig you bought so can't help you to find anything to go with it. Hopefully someone will come along and help you find something to work with it. Be sure to read the stickies on the new members forums and watch MistressNomad's videos for newbies. There is a lot to learn and if you have more questions just ask, there is always someone around to help. Good luck and happy vaping!!

Looks like an RN model. I have one of these as well that I purchased as my first PV. If I am correct, the cart on these bad boys slide over the battery. You can drip with this model, and it works quite well, but you need to be very careful with an auto battery because if you flood the atomizer, e-juice can seep into the battery and ruin it.

My suggestion: Drip 2 or 3 drops onto the bridge of the atty - this works fine for me. You don't need to buy a drip tip for this model, just use a pin or paperclip and push the polyfill holder out a spent cart. Use your new blank cart as a mouthpiece and you are all set. Drip a couple drops, slide on empty mouthpiece and enjoy - rinse and repeat as necessary.

Hi and welcome to ECF!! I looked at the purecigs website, but I'm not positive what model that is. The atomizer looks like a RN4081, but I'm not too sure.

As far as being able to drip with it, I would not recommend that since you have an automatic battery. As Kreep already mentioned, dripping tends to cause some leakage and, if liquid leaks into an auto battery, it can fry it.

I know you don't want to waste money on your original kit, but if you want better battery life and more options for dripping, etc..., you probably need to look into upgrading to a better PV. There are some great starter kits out there at very reasonable prices.

One of the PVs that I always recommend is the eGo or Riva from Liberty Flights. You can pick up a Riva starter kit for $30 and have all of the battery power and options that are needed to have a more enjoyable experience with vaping.

Hello, I did a little bit of research with Liberty Flights. I was quite impressed with the reviews and the prices blew me away! I ordered the black eGo and I am trying their 30 mL Medium RED flavor. I also ordered a 5 pack cart for my... I guess RN model? As what Kreep suggested. I thought it would arrive as fast as the unit. I was expecting it in the mail today but to my disappointment, nothing... I am freakin' out here cuz I just used my last disposable cart! I hope I can hang for a day or so without vaping or without any analog... =(

If you get desperate before you package arrives there are disposable e-cigs that you can find at local smoke shops. Hopefully it wont have to come to that. Congrats on getting that eGo :)

I mostly have seen drip tips for the kinds of attys that are longer and hollow on the end - the cart sticks into the atty, and alternately you can stick a drip tip into the atty.

Your best bet might to take the outer shell of a cartridge (your atty may have been shipped with a dummy stuck on it that's just an outer shell. Or you could take a used cart and may be able to push out the inner juice cart by sticking an unbent small paper clip in the mouthhole). Then either cut off just the circular mouthhole end of the cart shell or for a sturdier end drill the mouthhole to almost the full size of the circular end. And that can be your drip tip.

However, it is not really recommended to drip on auto batteries or any manual batteries that have an open hole in the middle of their threaded end (that's where the drag sensor is on autos). When you drip, juice could leak thru the atty and get in the juice hole and kill your battery or make the drag switch stick so it no longer works.

Sup Jay, well. I took your advice, and did a local search. To my disappointment. I found out that all the local smoke shops in my area did not carry a thing regarding e-cigs. I did google e-cigs for my local area and came a cross an online based company called Vape Safe. Unfortunately, they did not have a walk in shop which I was looking for.

I did speak to a girl there by the name of Melissa. Man.... I tell ya. Did she ever hook it up! I explained to her my situation and I told her that I haven't had an analog for almost a week and I have not vaped in about 1/2 a day.

She told me not to worry and that she will take care of me. I told her that I was a noobie in the e-cig world and that the automatic battery unit I had only took pre filled cartriages. She suggested a few tips and to just drip the existing unit I have. She then asked me a series of questions and she suggested for me to give their Astro Bacco a try.

I told her at that point, I did not care and will take whatever she had to offer. I did ended up purchasing a 30 mL Astro Bacco. By the time I got to work, her driver arrived with in 15 minutes! Talk about super fast customer service! The flavor of this Astro Bacco was PHENOMENAL!!! I had been vaping the 30 mL Astro Bacco and I still have 90% left in the bottle!

I am not just saying this just because I got my fix or the hook up. This is purely based on the different flavors that I have tried for my existing pre filled unit (finally arrived in the mail).

I also received my Liberty Flights eGo starter kit (thanks trouble2k). Just gave it a toot along with the pre-filled carts that the unit came with. Let me tell ya...I am just completely blown away on the performance of the eGo (thank you Liberty-Flights.com)!

Vapor after vapor! Very impressive! I did not even bother charging the unit and about 2 hours has already gone by, the unit along with the pre filled cartridge is still producing vapors like crazy!!!

Well... I guest that is just about it. Thank you all again for all your thoughtful advices and support! It is much appreciated!!!

If you or anybody is in the Palm Springs CA area and you guys are in a bind. Ask for Melissa over at VapeSafe.com. They will fix you up in a jiff!
