I just received some new long wick Stardusts to try on my Lambo. I was vaping away with my old Stardust with no problems. When I switched to the new one, nothing happened! So I put the Stardust on my eGo-Twist and lo and behold, it worked just fine. Now I was confused, why would it not work on my Lambo?

I put my old Stardust back on my Lambo and now that didn't work! No atty of mine will work on it, so there's something wrong with the device. Using my multimeter I found that there's no voltage output. The "fire" button presses like normal, and there was no juice anywhere near the connections. I cleaned all the connections anyway, and tried different batteries but nothing works. My Lambo...she is dead.

I emailed my supplier, but I don't think they offered a warranty of any kind. I can only hope that they offer SOMETHING.

This REALLY sucks. Big time.

The lambo is the chrome LT. It has a spring on the connection pin so it shouldn't be having any problem making a solid connection. If he checked it with the volt meter and it's not registering anything, it is indeed a problem with the device. could be that the pin got screwed in too far and needs to be let out a bit. Are you checking with an inline volt meter, or a hand held?

This is worth a try but it sounds like that is not the issue since none of their atties are working aand the multimeter is reading zero.

Yeah. I should have read more than the first paragraph ;)

I read a couple of people on another forum saying their shiny new lambos shorted out at the insulator in the 510 connector. If the OP can't get it replaced, they might be able to repair it themselves if it is the same issue.

I'm sending it back so that they can have a look at it. I'm not very optimistic that it can be fixed, but at least it wasn't very expensive. I'm just mad that I barely got a month's use out of it. I'll keep you posted if they find out what's wrong with it and if it can be fixed. I wouldn't let this deter anyone from buying one just yet, as it was a great device until now.
